I was looking for an auto detailer to wash and wax my '17 Mustang. I brought my car to Tim's…read morebecause of his 5 star ratings. I should have investigated further. When I picked up my car I asked for some info on the carnauba wax job he was supposed to have done. However, he didn't know the details, a young lady sitting next to him explained that the wax couldn't be applied to any plastic parts and it lasts for six months as opposed to the wash/wax that lasts three months. The price seemed even more outrageous after knowing that, the fact that my car is a convertible so there was no roof to wax, and the poor job of washing. Tim may be good at tinting windows, but don't go to him for detailing.

Highly recommend the tinting service. If I need audio work done in the future, I will come here for that too.

Well all of the windows have a ton of little bubbles from dust. I realize I gave it to them dirty but I feel like they should have got it clean enough to do a good job, or called me and asked if I wanted to bring it back another time because the dust would be an issue. They just put the tint in anyways and sent me out the door.
