They genuinely care about the quality of the products they sell and the services they provide and go above and beyond to ensure that you are satisfied. I bought a new fridge and chest freezer from them when I bought my house and have bought parts for other appliances from them for years. You might save a few bucks by buying an appliance from a big box retailer but if you do, you're being penny wise and dollar foolish. You're much better off supporting a locally-owned and operated business that services what they sell and are much more likely to help you out on short notice when you need it the most.
