I don't normally write reviews but felt a need to do so for this work that was done. Dan returned…read moremy call and came out to our home the same day I contacted him. He sent a bid in the mail for electrical work to be done which was very reasonable in price. We had to have our main service panel replaced which was very outdated and at risk for fire issues. Dan and his partner Kathy were here the day and time they said, did a beautiful job and left the job site completely clean. They are honest and forthright and I would use their services again in a heartbeat. They finished the job the same day they started and called Central Lincoln PUD to turn the electric back on after they finished. We were without power for only 6 1/2 hours. Dan called me two days later to check if everything was done correctly with no problems which it was. This business is "top drawer!" P.S. They also like dogs! Ted and Carol Stephens Waldport, Or.

All the estimates were reasonable and what I kind of expected. My budget only allowed for two jobs now, and I'll have to wait a bit for the other jobs. They made the appointment for the job. They showed up exactly on time! Cesar was so flipping nice, professional, and fast! The painting was excellent. Really. So good. Then he was gone. This is how it's all supposed to be. Choosing Chris to work for us was a great decision. Pricing was more reasonable than expected. He…read morehad so many suggestions that we never would have considered. We had an 800 ft driveway that is about 25 feet wide. But over the years, despite our efforts to beat back the foliage and erosion, the driveway got narrower to just about 10 ft. We needed it widened and some of the curves softened out, We also needed a turn around area/parking pad close to our home. Chris did both and it turned out beautifully. Sculpted a road/driveway to nearly two lanes again. And now we have a big place to turn around in with two layers of rock lying below. We were very impressed. In addition Chris is a friendly, cheerful guy with a great sense of humor. We'll have him back in 2 years to beat back the brush in the road again.

First and foremost, I would like to thank the fine people at Searose Yard and Home. The quality of…read moreservice was first rate. The attention to detail was fantastic. We've been wanting a ductless unit for years because we both suffer from auto immune diseases. I wanted heating and cooling. One estimate I received was twice the estimate Tony gave us. We accepted his estimate and he had the electrician contact us. The electrician works with Tony on these units. He came out to give us the estimate for the electrical part of the installation. We ran it from the garage panel instead of the house because the garage panel is newer and we can keep our existing heat as a back up. Once we accepted the electricians estimate...things got moving pretty fast. I think from the first estimate to the final install of the unit was 2+ weeks. I thought it would be longer. Tony was great. Professional, friendly, always on time. He informed me of the current rebates. He brought the form, I filled it out, then he picked it up....all the same day. Such service! After years of wanting, and needing better heat and AC, we finally have a unit. Tony made it affordable for us. If you think you can't afford one of these units, contact Tony first!!
