After waiting a few minutes watching the discussion at the desk the phone rang and the print desk lady picked it up and began conversation with the caller. I looked around the store and realized that no other employees would be assisting. I left the line and sought out a manager who was near the registers. I described the situation and explained that the customers that came to the store and were waiting in line had to now wait for the person who called to be helped first. I told him how wrong this was in terms of business practice and common courtesy. He never asked how he could help and I left the store. I won't be returning because I don't patronize businesses that treat customers this way.
