After waiting a few minutes watching the discussion at the desk the phone rang and the print desk lady picked it up and began conversation with the caller. I looked around the store and realized that no other employees would be assisting. I left the line and sought out a manager who was near the registers. I described the situation and explained that the customers that came to the store and were waiting in line had to now wait for the person who called to be helped first. I told him how wrong this was in terms of business practice and common courtesy. He never asked how he could help and I left the store. I won't be returning because I don't patronize businesses that treat customers this way.

I also found a lot of calendars: small and large desk calendars, wall calendars, day by day calendars. And, this review is in February and they are still full price. Other than that, they sell office furniture: desks, chairs, shelves, filing cabinets. Many pieces are available for you to touch and try out. I found two rows of printers, along with an entire row of printer ink options. In the center was a small computer area. In the back of the store there were many discount end caps, from decorative desk items to children's toys. They sell computer and office software, and, right now, tax materials are available.
