The store really does seem to have all of your office needs, plus some things I didn't expect. There were more notebooks and planners than I could count (who knew there was such a demand!). I also found a lot of calendars: small and large desk calendars, wall calendars, day by day calendars. And, this review is in February and they are still full price. Other than that, they sell office furniture: desks, chairs, shelves, filing cabinets. Many pieces are available for you to touch and try out. I found two rows of printers, along with an entire row of printer ink options. In the center was a small computer area. In the back of the store there were many discount end caps, from decorative desk items to children's toys. They sell computer and office software, and, right now, tax materials are available. There's so much else, so check out the pictures! I wasn't bothered by anyone as I walked around. Two people asked if I needed help and politely left when I said no. That said, the person at the register was false-friendly and obnoxiously enthusiastic. She also had an aggressive memorized speel to try to sell some kind of membership, which I declined quickly with the answer to a single question, but it threw her off, so she continued talking until she caught herself. Stay away from this store and its print/copy center. I would give this location zero stars if that were possible. Due to its convenient location, I continued to give this copy center multiple chances--more than three--to complete an order correctly, but each time resulted in poor service. Not only does the staff lack a basic understanding of how to perform their job properly, but the manager also appears to be lacking the skills necessary to effectively run the store. After a significant amount of wasted time and frustration, the manager advised that a credit would be applied; however, it was never processed as promised. read more

You want this you take else we can't help you. I was asking for options and he won't even try to ask his superiors/manager for a request I had. Since full service was not at option or as I said the guy who was assisting me won't even try ! When it comes to self service you are just on your own... DON'T shop here, don't send your children in here for school supplies, steer clear of the staff & the management team who SCAM their customers, lie to them, save payment methods, process unauthorized charges, sell your contact info, on top of sexual harassment, disparaging comments, and inappropriately interacting with CHILDREN. Absolutely disgusting - so appalling. The corporate line has NO idea who's employed here, the manager, nor could they get a hold of anyone on the phone. As for the nationwide policies & promises, they aren't upheld at all - they make up their guidelines on a whim. As a local business owner, single-mom, PTO board member, church member, and outreach coordinator for our county, there are SO many products, services, technologies, printing, etc. that could have continued to be taken care of by Office Depot. My family is a 15-year customer - anyone I come in contact will also receive this feedback. Moving forward I will go out of my way to NOT spend a dime with this establishment. The store was filthy, staff was dismissive, rude, uneducated on the materials for sale, unwilling to locate inventory off the floor, or guarantee pricing based on the 'price match guarantee', sale signage was not honored despite the company's listed pricing being incorrect. Lastly, the male staff followed underage tween girls, made obscene comments, and made requests that no one should ever make. Every time I go to the office depot at c bar ranch, the customer service desk employees act like they can't be bothered with assisting. I always try to use the self help printers each time I visit but inevitably there is an issue. It may very well be my lack of knowledge. However the way the customer service help desk reacts is not on me. It also always ends up with me getting charged for incorrect copies. Yelp says it's Office Max but the sign on the building is Office Deport. Whichever it is, I went here. All I needed was Printer ink cartridge. There seemed to be plenty of employees working. Most were in the Copy/Print counter. I just wandered around looking for the aisle for printer cartridges. Of course, it was near the last place I looked. Always happens to me. Searched for the HP brand and nothing. Guess HP no longer makes their own ink. Found my cartridge under Office Depot brand for HP printers. Grabbed it and headed to the front to pay. Not sure where the registers were, someone pointed out that it was off to the side. Okay. No reflection on Office Deport but Geez Why is the Ink so expensive. I will never come back here again. I came to Office Depot for ink cartridges and they didn't have the Canon brand ink I needed. So I took the opportunity and bought the Office Depot brand ink cartridges that are compatible with Canon. Biggest mistake ever. After being asked if I wanted to sign up, I politely declined, the employee didn't take no for an answer and tried to get me to sign up again for 10% off which I declined as well. So they didn't ring me up until I gave my name, zip code, and email. After being irritated I got home and opened the ink cartridges and they were ALL busted. Each was individually wrapped and ink seeped through the plastic baggies each one came in. I assumed that this item/ the ink cartridges were defective at this point. No way I can put those in my printer. I of course went back and tried to do a refund. At the time of my refund, the same employee gave me a rude look before even ringing me up and said "I will only give you a refund this once." They showed me the policy of only UNOPENED items can be refunded. They asked if I wanted an exchange when I politely said no, I did not want to purchase this brand again because of the item in front of them. After the "one-time only refund," the employee took the ink cartridges, taped the box up, and put the back on the shelf (by the front counter) for resale as if the item was not defective or had anything wrong with it. I absolutely love coming to this Office Depot! My mom and I came in to print off some artwork I downloaded off Etsy. I was having trouble with the printer and the most fantastic manager, Mari, came over to help. She was absolutely amazing. Today I came in again for something different and again was having issues printing (clearly me & printers aren't a good combo) and Mari came to my rescue! Also did you know they print onto canvas paper that you can frame yourself for the low price of like $15 for a 16x20? I love this place. My art looks much fancier thanks to Office Depot. I dropped in on the way out of town to get some quick copies made. They're renovating and just painted so it'll be great once everything dries. The printing department was busy, but they did their best to get to me promptly and greeted me as soon as I walked up. had a terrible experience at this store. I bought a $400 big and tall office chair and the extended warranty and it has broken with a couple of months. When I checked with the warranty company, they said I had to take the chair into the store. When I took the chair into the store, the manager told me I had to contact the warranty company. Furthermore the manger refused to give me any information, phone numbers, or ways to contact Office Depot. When he was rude, I asked for the number of the district office and he also refused to speak to me and gave me no recourse to solve my problem. I then spoke with customer service, both on chat and on the phone. Both said I would be contacted within 24 hours. That was on December 28. Still no contact nearly 3 weeks later. Still following up, I have spend time on chat and been cut off twice after no resolution was made. I have called the customer service number and the parts/service number and been hung up on several times after very long waiting times. This poor quality of service is uncalled for and it should at least be resolved by person-to-person contact in a store. Instead, that's where my problems began. At this point I will never buy another product from Office Depot at this store, nor online. It seems once they have their money, they do stand by their products or even try to help customers. We had a couple issues (our fault) and he was super kind and always available to help us and made sure we were taken care of and good to go. We found an adjustable desk but it was not in stock in store and was told that we would have to order it online. The floor staff ordered the product for us and gave us a piece of paper to pay at the register. We also bought an office chair on the same ticket. 2 weeks later the desk still has not been delivered. I paid with my debit card. I call the store to check on it and I state that the money has been deducted from my account. The store says I have to call Customer Service. Customer service says I have to talk to the store. I am now on hold for my 3rd call to customer service and have been waiting for a supervisor for over 15 minutes. Stay away from this store and possibly this company. No customer appreciation or support. Questionable processes in place as well. This should not have been an issue. I ordered the table. If it's not in stock and I ask for my money back it should happen in a matter of seconds...not hours and still no progress...what I joke. I came to this location out of convenience. I was looking to purchase office furniture and supplies; desk, chair etc... I was in the store about 10 or 15 minutes and no one asked if they could help me or even acknowledge I was there. I finally approached a sales associate that was walking my way and ask him if he was busy, he replied in a very sarcastic way that he was "always" busy and asked me what I needed. At that point I wanted to say that "I think I need to take my business elsewhere," but because I didn't want to be rude as he was, I held my tongue and showed him what I wanted. He sighed and then again in a sarcastic way he told me that it would take him about 15 minutes to get it because he had to walk all the way back to the store room and get it and it was very heavy! First of all we were already standing at the back of the store and the store room was just on the other side of the door we were standing in front of....again I held my tongue and believe you me it was weighing me down!! So now we are at the check out counter and he asked me if I wanted an extended warranty on this desk and I said "No thank you." So he tries to convince me to get this warranty by telling me what all could go wrong with the desk. Same thing with the chair and even the $20.00 adding machine I purchased. I'm sure it's part of their job to ask about getting warranties but he was pushing it to the point that I was second guessing if I should even purchase this merchandise! I thought at first he might be a manager because he was an older man and seemed to be ordering the other employee to help him get this to my car. I couldn't see his name because he wore his name badge backwards. I am discussed by the customer service at this store. My daughter and I came in to buy a planner and some markers. But before we could even decide what planner we wanted to buy we were kicked out of the store. We were minding our own business shopping when... not one but two employees came up to me and my daughter and told us that the store is closing right now and for us to either hurry up or leave. They stood in the same aisle waiting. I felt so uncomfortable with them rudely staring at me and my daughter. They made us feel so extremely uncomfortable we walked out of that aisle and they followed behind us practically escorting us to the door. This interaction was extremely unprofessional and the employee spoke in such a rude tone. Even when I told him he was being rude he just looked at us and said okay as if not to care. I don't live on this side of town so this was my first time at this store and my experience was horrifying. I will never return to this store again. read more

DO NOT BUY THEIR BRAND INK!!!! My wife goes thru ink a lot at a time and then not at all. So I buy ink whenever I can because I know she will eventually need it and it's better to have it on hand. Wednesday morning of last week, my wife needed to print some contracts but was out of ink. I replaced the ink with OM brand of HP60. The printer couldn't find them. I took them out and put them back several times, while my wife stressed out in the background. Finally I broke down and took them to the store in 1890 Ranch because it was close. Well they wouldn't replace them because it was over 30 days. The very polite clerk went and tested the inks to see if their machine could recognize them. She told me the black was only half full and not even their system could recognize the color cartridge so she couldn't tell me how much was in it. I went ahead a bought another package because we needed ink. I immediately went home and tried them out. My printer still couldn't find the cartridges. So I went back to the store, got a merchandise credit for the second package of ink, and picked out real HP60 ink. When I brought it to the counter, another person who was not even involved in the transaction starts trying to up sell me on XL ink. Apparently to him, I'm an idiot that can't figure out what I need to buy or I'm too stupid to know how much I want to spend and thank heaven for this guy or I would be lost. Considering how pissed off I am at this point, I think I remained very calm. I took the HP ink home and it worked beautifully. The OfficeMax ink was only $2 cheaper and not at all worth the hassle. In fact I wouldn't even go to that store. The store on 1431 and 35 behind IKEA has always been my choice since its on my way to work but now it's the only one I'll go to. So let me say again DO NOT BUY THEIR BRAND INK !!!! Based on my experience: It's not that much cheaper, it probably won't work, and it won't even be filled up properly. OH, AND DON'T BOTHER FILLING OUT THEIR SURVEYS !!! I filled one out that night and still no one has contacted me about their poor quality products.
