I learned more about my chair from Stephanie than from the other guys who sold it to me. I highly recommend Austin Back if you want to improve your work or home office setup. Stephanie is very knowledgable on ergonomics and solutions for your home office. Austin Back can customize a chair for your height and size. I did purchase a fatigue matt that Stephanie recommended to use with my stand up desk setup and it is awesome, I can now put in more work hours....but who wants to do that? They initially told me abut one week. 10 days later no response so I called them and was told that the part has not been ordered yet. After another two weeks, I called again was told that the part has arrived but not installed yet. After another 14 days, I called and was told the part was installed but not tested yet. After another two weeks, I called and went to pick up. But the front desk lady didn't let me take the printer because she could't find the warranty paper. But I handed the paperwork to the same lady 41 days ago! So I used her computer to download the paperwork but her printer was broken and couldn't print it out! I have been in the US for 18 years and have never seen people do business this way.

I found two rows of printers, along with an entire row of printer ink options. In the center was a small computer area. In the back of the store there were many discount end caps, from decorative desk items to children's toys. They sell computer and office software, and, right now, tax materials are available. There's so much else, so check out the pictures! I wasn't bothered by anyone as I walked around. Two people asked if I needed help and politely left when I said no. That said, the person at the register was false-friendly and obnoxiously enthusiastic.
