Other than that, they sell office furniture: desks, chairs, shelves, filing cabinets. Many pieces are available for you to touch and try out. I found two rows of printers, along with an entire row of printer ink options. In the center was a small computer area. In the back of the store there were many discount end caps, from decorative desk items to children's toys. They sell computer and office software, and, right now, tax materials are available. There's so much else, so check out the pictures! I wasn't bothered by anyone as I walked around. Two people asked if I needed help and politely left when I said no. That said, the person at the register was false-friendly and obnoxiously enthusiastic. She also had an aggressive memorized speel to try to sell some kind of membership, which I declined quickly with the answer to a single question, but it threw her off, so she continued talking until she caught herself. Someone needs to get her to chill out and act like a real human. Overall, this is a solid office supply store.

Sensing a long wait I decided to return another day. Two days later I was third in line and another customer got on line behind me. The same lady was at the print desk. After waiting a few minutes watching the discussion at the desk the phone rang and the print desk lady picked it up and began conversation with the caller. I looked around the store and realized that no other employees would be assisting. I left the line and sought out a manager who was near the registers. I described the situation and explained that the customers that came to the store and were waiting in line had to now wait for the person who called to be helped first. I told him how wrong this was in terms of business practice and common courtesy. He never asked how he could help and I left the store.
