The other day I visited to get some printing done. I was fourth in line and one lady was assisting customers. She spoke with the customer first in line for ~ 5 minutes. Sensing a long wait I decided to return another day. Two days later I was third in line and another customer got on line behind me. The same lady was at the print desk. After waiting a few minutes watching the discussion at the desk the phone rang and the print desk lady picked it up and began conversation with the caller. I looked around the store and realized that no other employees would be assisting. I left the line and sought out a manager who was near the registers. I described the situation and explained that the customers that came to the store and were waiting in line had to now wait for the person who called to be helped first. I told him how wrong this was in terms of business practice and common courtesy. He never asked how he could help and I left the store. I won't be returning because I don't patronize businesses that treat customers this way. read more

I ordered business cards. They claim 3 to seven days. It took over 2 weeks to finally get them for pickup at the store. The store said they were not there i told them that i was told they were delivered. After a 15 minute hold, they found them. They said I would get a 15% discount. They billed me full price. This will be the last time I purchase from them. read more

I've walked out of this horrible store the last two times I've tried to shop here....and now I'll never come back. Wildly understaffed. Usually 1 or 2 employees working. So it's a 20-30 min wait to check out most of the time. Today the cashier decided to have a 20 min conversation with one customer....while 6 of us waited. I hate inefficiency!! Needed a simple cutting job. I said I was willing to print it myself if he could just cut it. Sounds like they have a crappy cutter and it would take him forever. Wasn't even card stock paper just so that it was more helpful. Then he says he can't print it in the back because he doesn't have enough green paper. So I had to buy a $17 reel of paper for 80 sheets of paper...dude go get more green of the shelf. Then there were three other guys just hanging out not even looking busy. Did I tell you I hate inefficiency!! Won't ever go back there. read more

I just had the worst experience in purchasing anything in my entire adult life and I'm 69 years old. I was told my order was out for delivery on 12/30/2020 and I was told it would arrive by 5 pm and later I was told it would still arrive by 9 pm. The furniture never arrived. I was told it would arrive the next day & it did not arrive. I then was told it would arrive on 01/04/2021 and it still did not arrive. It did arrive on 01/05/2021 at 3:40 pm. I was told by the contractor the boxes could only be left on the front porch or garage, but the contractor that assembles the furniture for Office Depot wants them in the room where they will be assembled. These boxes were too heavy for me to move on my own. If I had known I would receive the absolute worst service I could imagine, I would not have purchased your furniture, and being told that I had to move the boxes was more than I could tolerate. Fortunately for me, the delivery person was kind enough to put them in the room where they are to be assembled. Please do not use the corona-virus as an excuse. The communication has been horrific with the vendor used for customer service except for the supervisor, May, that took over my delivery issue and got it handled. Previous to her, I had been lied to by a front line person and hung up on by what was told to me to be a supervisor. This model of business is not sustainable in my opinion and to be sure, I will NEVER order anything from Office Depot again. I ordered a office chair 4 wks ago and today they delivered a filing cabinet instead and I spent 45 minutes on the phone with someone that did not understand and refused to delivered my correct order timely. So i asked for a refund of my 400.00 and she said it would take up to 10 days which is NOT acceptable when it was their mistake in shipping. I am so totally done with office depot. I will not order from them again. They have done this twice now to me. read more

Perfect location right next to Michael's which was so convenient for me that day. Once I walked in i wondered for not even five minutes till someone asked me if I needed assistance. The employees are helpful and polite. It takes far too long to be rung up at the register. Whatever procedure you have for ringing each item is too slow, not to mention processing the payment. I have been to Pflugerville Office Depot and Georgetown. Neither location can ever seem to have a steady supply of paper. In my business I use both 8.5 X 11 and 8.5 X 14. There is always plenty of 8.5 X 11 but neither store carries 8.5 by 14 on a regular basis. There's a place for it on the Shelf but it's always empty. Situated in a shopping center. Just like any other Office Depot. The staff was friendly and attentive. They even let us use the in-store computers to look on the online website since we were searching for an item that wasn't carried in the store. read more

My main complaint leading to low rating is Rewards. I earn rewards, buy on line, get a receipt showing Rewards applied, go to pick up product. Rewards are gone from my account but my Card is billed full amount. So lost all Rewards and no one can fix this issue which has happened every time. The first time the item was simply returned and discounted to equal what I should have paid but the glitch was not fixed. This store had a fellow who I believe was a Manager, seemed unconcerned, and the young lady helping me on this last purchase tried a few things which none worked. I returned my item and lost the rewards (and valuable time). Not much, $4 this time, but principle of the matter. I walked to the close by Best Buy and bought my item who is always cheaper in store pricing anyway. Still lost $ and contacted Customer Service who passed it to a local manager who never replied or took action of any kind. I am done with a company who markets technology but can not fix a glitch in on systems functions. read more
