Literally amazing and so nice!!! My nails literally make me feel like Barbie! Can't wait to come back

Not joking... I was abused by the nail tech. I had lots of cuts and hangnails and she put alcohol directly in it. I would understand if a it was a mistake but she did it multiple time. I told her how much pain i was in and all the employees stood around and watched me and LAUGHED AT ME. she also took 3 hours i am not kidding. My friend waited for an hour and a half. She was done and my lady hadn't glued the nails on. She then messed up multiple times. I am extremely upset with this service. $40 for garbage. read more

I have been going here and had nothing but great service and great things to say but this last time I got a full set dip nails the lady only spent about a half hour and I had 4 nails fall off in a matter of two weeks. I went back after the first one fell off and they fixed it for free after a week but within the next week 3 more nails had fallen off and I paid $50 for a full set including tip. read more

Terrible! I will never be back! Just got a regular manicure 1. Attacked right after entering the door 2. After sitting down, was told regular polish won't last and they will not do any touch up. Get what you get!! 3. Then a minute later was asked me for payment!!! Nothing had really been done yet...quick file and lotion in a bag. 4. Supposed to include a massage; which included a dime size of lotion rubbed in to the top of my hand for 20 seconds. Whole appointment took 10 min! For $15 ...no idea what I am paying for!! read more

It's too bad because they do a good job. They obviously lie on their website saying " our professional technicians are courteous , friendly and ready to make your experience with V nails the most memorable" I went in a month and a half ago to get dip put on. The first girl I saw was very rude but did a good job so I decided to go back. The second girl 2 weeks later that did them did a good job but didn't talk much. I went back yesterday to have them done again. The first girl I saw did them. She was so rude again, taking off my old dip she burned almost EVERY single nail to the point that I now have marks on my nails! She got mad at me when I pulled my hand away in just a reaction to her burning my nails. She got mad at me And said I just needed to tell her don't pull your nails away. Ah no do your job properly and not burn my nails. She also got mad when I just looked at my hand to check the color and yelled at me and said to not mess it up it's not dry. I was just LOOKing at them! She had someone else finish the file and top coat.... which I had to fix the file job after because they were so sharp on the edges because they didn't buff them at all. Once the top coat was on NOONE came back. And I was just left there. No oil put on my nails no washing my nothing so I paid and left to go fix my nails and put at least some lotion on. It's so hard to find a place that does them well and is professional. Guess I'll keep looking! read more

V Nails - Nail Salons Near Me - Omaha, Nebraska

I have never been very impressed with this nail salon but today was the last straw. My normal nail salon was booked up so I went to V Nails for a shellac manicure. The nail tech acted like it was a complete inconvenience to do my nails. She made me switch chairs three times in order to make room for other customers. She rushed through the entire manicure, was extremely rough and rude. Do not expect to come here for a relaxing or peaceful experience as the staff members are constantly shouting at each other. Never again. read more

If I can give a negative rating I would!!! The lady hurried through the manicure in 10 minutes. She pulled my skins so badly the cuticles bled. No apologies whatsoever! Check out the pictures I uploaded!! My friend got a horrible manicure too! read more

Total garbage. My technician spent the entire appointment looking AWAY from my nails and at the door. The final shape was laughably bad. I wish I could submit a picture, but it was so terrible, I fixed them the instant I was home. They were all pointing to the left at an extreme angle. I got acrylics done on natural nails, and she buffed my ENTIRE natural nail with the electric filer, which is completely unnecessary damage!! She used dirty tools that had visible nail dust and grit all over them. Gross. DO NOT GO. read more

Last Sunday will have been the last time I ever go to V nails. It's only been 6 days and all of my shellac has peeled off. This isn't the first time this has happened, which is why I'm writing a bad review and never going back. read more

Awful service!!!! Just did a superficial job on the pedicure. Wouldn't recommend it even if the pedicure was free because then it would be an absolute waste of time read more

I've gone to vnails forever and have never had a bad experience there and that's why I keep returning! They are always super kind and care about their customers. They suggest things like matte top coat or details and it always looks so pretty. I love getting my acrylic nails done there because they do such a good job putting them on and they stay on forever! They have never cut my cuticles down too much or made my fingers hurt. When I get pedicure there, the massage is always amazing and my toes look great! Another thing that's great is that it's in village pointe! Which means there's lulu lemon, victors secret, dsw, Sephora, and a lot more you can go and shop at after you get your nails done. read more

I always debate going here for my fills after a couple not so favorable experiences, but after today, there will be no more debating. The service I received today was the last straw. Hope this salon shapes up it act or it will surely be out of business soon. read more

Best pedicure I've ever had!!!! Awesome leg massage, better than most and perfectly polished nails that have lasted 2 weeks and still look almost as good as day one! I wish I'd gotten the employee's name because I'd like to go back to her every time. VERY IMPRESSED!!!!! read more

Not impressed at all! The prices were reasonable and that's the best thing I can say. My daughter and I paid for $15 manicures, and it was so rushed all they did was clip our nails, trim the cuticles, 2 coats of polish and 1 top coat. No lotion or anything, like I said, very rushed. My other daughter got acrylics and they just looked very sloppy, polish on the sides by the cuticle, not clean and sharp like they should be. You can tell they are just a factory trying to get in as many clients as they can and not trying to do good customer service. read more

Flew in for work and had some time for a pedi. Technician was lazy didn't take off all my polish, rushed thru pedi which should be a relaxing and missed a lot of toe nail to paint and didn't clean up polish around toes!!! Big waste of money and now regretting that I tipped!!! Place is clean but techs are lazy and rushed for no apparent reasons. read more

At the end of my manicure that was sloppily done, the technician dropped the brush end of the polish on the floor, picked it up, and STUCK IT BACK INTO THE BOTTLE! Sooo gross! I hate to think what other nasty stuff they do when customers aren't right there in front of them. Don't be surprised if you go and get an infection from this place. But I guess you get what you pay for. read more

Eh. Not bad enough to avoid. Girl ok. Very short massage and used super hot stones. Used file with someone's red polish on it. In town for a bit and really needed pedi. But my peds look better than when I went in. read more

Great experience! Received a shellac manicure. He tech was thorough and quick. She took extra time on my cuticles. I will be back!

I went to V Nails today to get my nails done for prom. I asked for acrylic french tip nails with a very simple design. The woman that did my nails did not say hello or anything to me, seemed like she didn't want to be there, and was pretty rude. She rushed through the whole process, taking a total of 30 minutes. (Typically this takes 45 minutes.) I also asked for what I thought would be a pretty easy design, but apparently I was wrong because it looks like trash. There are little bubbles under the clear coat that are pretty noticeable to me. There's also glitter on multiple fingers that shouldn't have glitter on them. Overall a disappointing experience and a waste of $35. Will not be visiting again. read more

I wish I could give this salon 0 stars. When I arrived there was no receptionist. Instead one of the workers just mumbled under her breath to sign in on the tablet. After waiting for about 15 minutes (which isn't that bad of a wait) by the open door even, though it was 30 degrees outside, a worker finally came up to me. She told me that the acrylics with gel, which it said was 30 dollars online was 45. When I tried to correct her she yelled at me to pic a color. I was super rushed to pic a color and ended up grabbing one that doesn't match my prom dress. The woman who did my nails took multiple breaks to look at he phone and did not communicate with me at all. She also pulled my hands far passed the table and made me very uncomfortable the WHOLE TIME. I asked for coffin shape and got a sad excuse for coffin. As for the acrylics themselves, they sucked. Acrylics are supposed to be straight and as you can see in the picture they were not. The whole process felt very rushed and they made me feel like an object not a human. I do not think there is any reason for me or anyone else to ever visit this salon ever again. read more

Very clean and friendly staff. Use plastic bags with each new pedicure patron. Reasonably priced for a standard pedicure; the sugar scrub added a nice touch. Would come back. read more

This salon is the most dirty place I have ever been! I watched the workers use the same towels over and over! I saw them take the liner from the pedicure bowl and the towel and shove them into a cabinet and pull them out and re use them! I even saw them take a dirty towel from someones pedicure and put it under a lady's hand to do her manicure while she was sitting there getting a pedicure. NONE of the instruments they use had been clean and all the germicide jars were empty. They don't even want you to use soap to wash your hands anymore. Another cost saving for them. They use dirty towels and dirty utensils! I know 2 people who have gotten infections or fungus. read more

Worst pedicure I've ever had. Technicians were too busy chatting it up with each other to pay attention to providing a service. Cuticles were barely addressed and scrub and hot stone massage were more painful than pleasant. While this location may seem attractive because of its convenient location, don't waste your time or money. More pissed than relaxed! read more

Beyond horrible.... they Are so rude to you when you walk in they expect you to know exactly where to go when they tell you they rush you and then charge you full price and expect a tip on top of it, after they completely ignored you and talked on the phone while you were getting your pedicure..... hot stone pedicure lasted 20 minutes Don't waste your time there's a Nail shop down the street on the corner of every street in Omaha..... there's others that want your business and will treat you right read more

I came in to get a manicure and a pedicure. The pedicure wasn't bad but it just felt rushed. The manicure was bad. I can't wear nail polish for work so I wanted everything but the polish. She went super fast, nails were uneven and, nails beds were still dirty. It was probably one of the worst manicures I've ever had. They don't care about the customer experience. read more

LOVE LOVE LOVE V Nails! The place is impeccably clean, and does not smell like chemicals because of their ventilation system. I've tried a lot of places for shellac, and this salon is the best. Always a great job. So many colors to choose from, and the shellac regularly lasts two to three weeks. My nails grow out before it chips. I also love getting pedicures here. They have single-use plastic basin liners for the spa pedis, so I never have any doubts about cleanliness. They also use gloves and always have a fresh pack of tools, never reused. Their hot stone pedicure is the best, so relaxing. The waxing is about average, but at least I've never gotten an infection (those little pimples that show up after unclean waxes). The only thing about this place that may put some people off is that cell phone use while providing services is apparently ok with the management. Every one of the technicians I've had has been on her cellphone texting or talking while polishing. I'm fine with it, though, because they do such a great job. Sadly, I've moved from the Omaha area so I don't get my Vnails fix very often anymore, but whenever I'm in Omaha I make it a point to go here. read more

I won't go back! The girl I had was rude. Would say things in Vietnamese then the other girls would laugh and sometimes look over at me. Very unprofessional , the girls are young and immature. Fast and sloppy. I had a mani-pedi, along with my daughter(but she had shellac on both). She made my toe bleed and my daughters nail bleed(two different girls) and that hurt. I spoke to , who they told me was the manager, (the only one who spoke English) and she didn't show concern. Don't waste your money there. They were busy. They didn't wash their tools. They have plastic liners but don't change each time. Don't go!! Colleen read more

I have gotten acrylics here multiple times I don't know why I keep going back they're never even or what I want.

a 10 second massage when the manicurist is looking at her phone the entire time is not worth it at all

My mom and I came here.. we were rushed through, not given the menu of options, didn't get what we wanted and second time we felt rushed. They just want us in and out. Didn't even trim toes after being asked to! Will not be coming back read more

I would love to give this place a good review because they did a great job on my pedicure but the following visit for a manicure was terrible. The tech was in a hurry and distracted by texting, cell phone calls, and gossiping with the other techs. My shellac lasted less then two weeks. For the$30 price I felt ripped off. read more

Pedicures are fabulous here! Pretty much no matter which technician you get. Their Sparkling Pedicure includes a hot stone massage that beats all others in Omaha! However, when it comes to acrylic or shellac nails you need to make sure you are with an experienced technician. There is a chance you will be disappointed otherwise. I went there a few times for shellac without an appt and got in with the first available tech, until I figured out that Vicki and her sister V are true masters of nail polishing. Some people just don't have the knack for it and others have a keen eye for detail. I haven't seen V in a while, but I have been making my appts with Vicki and she gets it right every time. Very thorough and consistent with her polishing technique. read more

I have been going to V Nails for about 5 years now. I love it here! I give it 4 stars because one nail lady has been snarky with my mom and I before. read more

For part of our girls day my daughter and I decided to get our nails done, we walked in with no appointment and they got us in with no wait. They had a clean atmosphere and plenty of technicians working. I got the sparkling spa pedicure and it was the best $30 pedicure I have ever had! They actually did everything they said including massage, exfoliate, hot stones and warm towels! My daughter got a mani/pedi with free design for $30 which I thought was a great deal because she got massages and everything also. The best part was the techs actually payed attention to what they were doing instead of talking amongst each other and ignoring us which is what I'm used to at other salons. My 5 year old had a great time and I have been bragging all day about my best pedi ever. Next time we get our nails done we will go here again, I hope we always have this great of an experience! read more

Would not recommend they overcharge for what you get and charge different random amounts to people who get the same exact thing. Waste of time and money! Waited forever to get my acrylics done and they rushed through the pedicure. They also smudged the pedicure and didn't care to fix it! Don't bother going there. read more

If you want to get a relaxing pedicure this is NOT your place. Went into to get a relaxing classic pedicure and ended up leaving halfway through because the tech was not paying attention to the customer and only to her phone. Asked to speak to the manager and she was very rude and arrogant as well. This place needs to learn that the customer comes first! I would never recommend this place! read more

been going here for a long time. Always been happy! Prices were always the same and very reasonable. They have many different types of pedicures option to choose from. The girls here seem to always be nice and happy. So far its been a really good experience for me. read more

Just had the fastest pedi of my life- 20 min. Lack of quality shows as they are merely herding cattle at this place. No thanks!

I have been to this salon before and had an okay experience, however after today I will never be returning. I went for a gel mani and my previous gel needed to be removed. My tech Dina started complaining right from the start about how hard it is going to be to get my color off because it was done so thick. She proceeded to be very rude my entire time there. She would sigh when the acetone had to be reapplied and was very rough when trying to get it off. After it was all off we went to painting and she literally painted all over my hands with red polish. When I asked her to fix a certain part that she hadn't cleaned up she once again sighed and reluctantly fixed it. When i left I looked at my hands and she had cut so far down on the skin around my fingers that it is very tender. Needless to say my mani looks not so great and the skin around them is going to take quite some time to heal. Never. going. back. read more
