Will not return & wish I could get my money back. Due to the pandemic it's been 3 months since having a mani & pedi, my daughter and I were so excited to go. I paid additional for the deluxe pedicure (as I always do) and it was a joke. The entire pedicure was so fast, my feet are still rough and nails uneven. Next up is a manicure and full set (I usually do gel but it being 3 months I've broken nails, uneven, etc so I decided to cut evenly and start over) Again, incredibly fast and almost painful. I am unhappy with the appearance, quality & service. My daughter was not any better. Over $200 of services in less than an hour. We had an appointment, they were not busy, customers were not waiting. The atmosphere was nice and it was clean.
I recently moved to the Bartlett area and needed a new nail salon. V Nails was the answer! I have been once or twice a month for the last six months and every visit has been highly enjoyable! The staff members are kind and pay attention to detail. The salon is clean, neat and the seating area for the pedicures is the best! The Deluxe pedicure with hot stone massage is my absolute favorite! My friends and I make it a monthly girls' day treat so we can catch up, relax and have a drink while being pampered by the best nail technicians around!
I've been a loyal customer for over 3 years. I usually get monthly pedis and an occasional dip powder manicure for special occasions. The owner and employees have always been polite, professional, and accommodating to me. The prices are competitive. I would not hesitate to recommend trying out V Nails.
So I'm not necessarily rating the shop two stars, I'm rating the lady that did my nails earlier today! Her name is Cindy. I came in today for a fill, which was too early in my opinion considering I've only had my nails for a week and a half. Normally their nails can last me near three. But my middle finger nail on my right fell off at work and my thumb nail on my left broke in half. Which you can hopefully see clearly in this picture. I have 3 things to complain about her service with me. So during the full process two of my fingers were burning terribly. Idk if she used a cheap product on my skin or what but I was on the edge of tears when she worked on them and I even told her, those fingers burn please be careful. All she said was okay. Didn't really do anything to ease my pain at all, let alone fix it. Second this damn nail. She didn't do anything to fix the fact that it was broken, all she did was file it and slap on some new acrylic. It's gross that I can see it under neath! I shouldn't! Lastly after my nails dried and I paid her. I was waiting on my Lyft to go home because that's how I get there due to the fact that I don't have a car of my own for the time being. I didn't ask her for anything I was minding my own business. And she told me "ma'am you can leave now, you can go" that was rude as hell! I looked at her and showed on my app that I was waiting for a ride and she said with sass "ohhh sure" I've never had someone be lazy with their work and treat me like crap afterwards. If I ever go back, which I'm debating, I will make sure I have someone else work on me. Not her.
came here today because there were some good reviews. i got a pedicure as did my friend and I got my fingernails just filed and polished. altogether $72. However, I would not recommend it. the staff was a little rude, nothing i would review about usually, but during my pedicure i began to bleed three times. i expressed that it hurt and my tech, a man, i didn't catch his name, said he knew it did. i would expect him to let up a bit but he didn't. this was when he was trimming my cuticles/hangnail. Then he started using the rough sponge to get the dead skin off my feet and took my skin off! I began to bleed and had to jerk my foot away from him because it hurt too bad for me not to react. I lifted my foot up to look at the cut on my foot and he pulled my foot away and into the water so i wouldn't look. there is no need for that much force or roughness during a pedicure. my fingernails were messy and sloppily shaped, i wasn't happy. there was a miscommunication about the colors I wanted. my friend said that the same man who did my pedicure trailed his finger along the back of her leg, one long time with one fingernail, which was also weird in my opinion, a bit creepy. when my nail tech cut my foot where it hurt he just kept saying "it's okay, you're okay". i did not receive any sort of discount even though he made me bleed. I still paid and tipped well, but I would not recommend this place for pedicures. the acrylics reviews seemed good though, and they have a good polish selection including gel. I think my fingernails would've turned out better if I'd gotten a full manicure.
Service was horrible. When getting a mani, they didn't even use the sterile clippers. Then the nail tech cut me and acted so nonchalant about it. Will not go back. The dip nails that she did wasn't great. Not even. Will not go back read more

I walked in close to closing time (around 6:30), but I still had great service throughout. The ladies that worked w me were very sweet and helpful, and did not get irritated or upset when I asked them to change or fix something (as we all know many locations do get upset). Plus side: it's right next to my gym and directly on my way home from work! I have found my new nail salon! read more
