This place favors white people over people of color. I witnessed the conversations. My nail tech moved to this shop after her old owner sold it, and the new owner's energy felt off around her because many of the customers who followed her were black. She would sit next to my nail tech while my nails were being done. Overcharges for Epsom salt when using a generic brand. She informed black customers that she had run out of punch cards, so they couldn't get $12.00 off their next visit if all six were punched out. I found my new salon! Victoria is the one that has done the designs on my nails and she is great! Every inspo pic i have showed her so far has been done perfectly! I have had a good experience with pedicures as well! The salon is also very clean and cute. The ladies are very talkative and nice as well! Ughhh did I just find my new go-to nail salon?! I'd been seeing people recommend this place on Facebook and decided to go for it and give it a try and I'm so glad I did!! Even as a walk-in (you can schedule appointments) I was taken back and seated in a pedicure chair right away. Everyone was very welcoming, friendly, and very accommodating - they offer complimentary beverages as well including sodas, water, wine, etc). I was very happy with how attentive and thorough all the nail techs was to the customers during our pedicures - because let's be honest, there's nothing relaxing about getting a pedicure that feels rushed and half-a$$ed because your nail techs in a hurry to get done ...which unfortunately seems to be the new normal here lately for most nail salons in the area. Overall, the prices are very reasonable (see photos of price lists) and the pedicure I got was wonderful and so relaxing! I highly recommend stopping by and trying them out ...I most definitely plan to come back for my next pedicure! read more

I went this morning to get a shellac manicure and toe nail polish. I had a young girl (w/ glasses- 14-19 yrs old) do both services. She barely spoke to me, moved one of hands and the other hand bumped the gel dryer, it messed up my nail and she just gave me a dirty look and left it as it was, screwed up! She cut one of my cuticles until it bleed. Then she just got up, to start waiting on another customer, and never said excuse me, or I'll be right back or anything. I just got up to pay and leave. This was my 1st time there, and I picked it from the reviews. Guessing someone's child who's not well trained did mine! Doubt I'll be back, if you get her for your nails, I highly recommend get up and wait for someone else! Wish I had!!! read more

I have only visited once, I was looking for a nail salon closer to home. I did a dip manicure and it only lasted about a week before it was breaking. They only did two dips and my nails are pretty thin so I usually do 3. They also way over drilled my natural nails. Sunrise is the perfect name for this cute, quaint, lavish, lovely establishment it's exudes essence the I'm going to be taken care of. I'm going to get the services that I need that I want and I'm gonna get top-of-the-line service kudos to all of the sweet nail techs. At sunrise Nail Spa I want to make sure that I mentioned it upon entry there is a service menu on the counter. Be sure to pick it up and take a look at it because they do offer a variety of different type, pedicure treatment and add-ons are listed on there like if you want to add him a mud mass or hot stone and then also noticed that some of the deluxe and signature service is already come with that so just be sure to review so if you get a basic petty and just wanna add a hot stone and that's something you can do or the jelly or any of those other Relaxation treatments during your service you can request for beverages I believe water photos are available. I'm not sure about any other additional additional beverages when you go to check out if you're not offered one be sure to ask for a return customer card they have a sunrise frequent client cart, which is cool, most establishment need to add on some type of the senate up or awards program is sunrise is done that so each time you visit your car to get stamps with their ribs signature stamp logo on to your car and you keep up with the car and bring it with you every time and I'm not sure what happens at the end wants the car gets full but the information is on the ad.
