This has been my go to nail salon for a pedicure for several months. The staff is friendly, professional and usually timely. I am only rating them a 3 because there are times when they aren't timely and attentive to all customers/clients if they are not the regulars. Of course you should roll out the red carpet for your routine clients, but be mindful of the potentials as well. The shop is clean and quiet. It's been a while since I've seen the pedicure stations for kids at nail salons. I brought my little girl here to her first salon visit to start our mother/daughter nail salon visits. We both got mani and pedicures. I got the cbd pedicure. She got classic and her nails painted. One thing that ruined the experience for me was particular techs. I hate to go to these shops and people act like they don't know English. I spent half of the time irritated because I ask the lady for gel polish for my little girl and she put regular polish on her. Like she 3 and obviously I pointed and picked out gel polish why put regular polish on her and not even sit her under the dryer when you're done??? Why not help her dry them if you going to even use regular polish?? That didn't make any sense regardless if you know English. You have kids chairs that display experience working with kids. Anyway the lady left my little girl with regular polish on her nails and didn't help her dry it or nothing. Polish was all on her face and legs and In her eye brows. Another lady had to explain to her to use gel and she still didn't fix it, just ignore us. Someone else had to fix her work. That was the only downside. Who wants to be irritated at the nail salon?! This is one of those salon where you have to be picky with the techs. You can't go in and let any availability tech perform services on you. The prices are on the higher side but I'll definitely give them another try when I'm in town. The value you get is worth it. They have frozen margaritas, wine, sodas and chips for you to enjoy while you get your pedicure; Just be cautious of the nail tech. It really can ruin your experience. I went to this nail shop because my cousin highly recommended them. My first pedicure was so bad. The lady left dead skin all over my feet literally you could see it peeling after my shower. Toe nails uneven. My gel polish was all over my skin and had lumps in my nails. Manicure was decent it was another lady I think she said she was the owners daughter. I actually loved my finger nails that trip but the pedicure was trash. Okay so I went 6 days ago. I get the exact same thing gel manicure and pedicure. This time I had a new person she did my manicure and pedicure. It was a better pedicure for sure. She got the dead skin off. She didn't know how to file , cut cuticles, or polish. All my nails are uneven ...like for some odd reason she refused to fix my nail shape. Aw yeah my gel is peeling off already as well. I expected a better experience this time around. I'm giving it a four because of Moon. She did an excellent job on my feet. She really put in some effort and it's great appreciated. So often I don't get that. A gentleman did my dip manicure. He did a very good job as well. He only put two coats of color on at first but when I said I wanted three, he didn't give me any problems about it. My nails look great. I got the jelly pedicure and it was really nice. I added paraffin wax for my feet and it's amazing. It is an added expense though. Overall happy with results. I did not get a drink though. I love this shop. I've gotten my nails done multiple times here in the past two years. Today didn't go as usual. I think the nail tech was new and he totally screwed up my nails. However, Andrew stepped in, practically shooed the guy away, and salvaged my nails. I understand being new and that this is a craft that you must practice in order to get really good, so I don't fault the first tech at all. But Andrew really saved the day. He and Teresa are AMAZING. They also don't talk bad to me for having a messed up thumb nail (I slammed my finger in a van door fourteen years ago and my nail hasn't grown in properly since), and I love them for that. read more

***Ask for Moon!!*** Went for pedicures with one of my besties today about 3pm. They weren't crazy busy as we arrived but got busy as we were getting our pedicures. I was really impressed that they put little blue bags in the foot bath for sanitary reasons! I was more impressed with my girlfriend's nail technician, as she really worked on her feet and got them smooth and clean as could be! Her name was Moon- she was charming and just amazing! They have a plenty of pedicure chairs, and an armory of polish choices! Even the massage chairs were quite comfy :) I don't live in the area but if I did I would be back! This place deserves 6 stars! After leaving, I felt like that was the best nail experience I'd ever had. Kiva was the tech that took care of my deluxe pedicure and also shellac manicure. She took her time and was very thorough and explained to me that she loved her job and viewed pedicures as "an art". She gave me a glass of wine and we had great conversation the entire time. I went here yesterday because my nail shop was closed. I got a regular pedicure with shellac and a dip manicure with tips. The staff was really nice and helpful which was probably the only thing that I liked about it. I had to pay upfront and then when they started on my nails and I told him what I wanted they said it would be extra which I said was fine because maybe they misunderstood me when I said at first because I was across the shop from them. The pedicure lasted about 15 minutes total from beginning to finishing my polish and she only cleaned my cuticles on my big toes and not the others. She didn't even use the UV light on my polish so it's already looking rubbed off not even a full 24 hours after. The manicure part of my nails was good. The shape and polish wasn't so good. He didn't get the edges of my nails painted and the shape on my right thumb isn't the same as the others. One side is filed down too much and the other isn't filed down enough at all. He said my nails were dry and proceeded to put the oil and lotion on. I didn't realize till I got to my car that they weren't dry so only one of my nails polish is smooth and the others have lines and and are rough because they didn't get the chance to dry all the way. This was my first time going to this shop and figured since it cost $110 dollars before tipping they would be good, but I wasn't happy with it and probably won't be back. read more

I usually switch up my nail place every time I get them done but I think I've found my holy grail of all nail salons. This little hole in the wall place did a fantastic job. My nail tech really took her time and paid attention when she was putting my acrylics on. I don't know if I just caught them at a good hour or what but the service was superb and the prices were very fair! I got a full set with regular polish for $23 and an extra $5 for the coffin shape. I have been getting my nails down here for years, even with all of the staff changes. My last three visits I have not been happy I completed the text survey and complained so that we wouldn't keep having problems when we return. My daughter is at the age now that we can have our girls day out and get our nails and feet done together. This last visit about a week ago, the lady doing my daughter's pedicure injured her twice she nicked her big toe's and made them bleed, she was too rough, I had to calm my daughter down she began crying had to ask to heat our water, normally they offer wine, water or chips or snack, you have to ask them now, every time we go back there's a problem with the price going up and we get the same service each time, I have to always ask for Mary to come and fix the problem. I was super pissed this last visit because her son or cashier charged us the wrong price and she stopped on our way out to tell us she's sorry but he charged the wrong amount, for the problems we had that day it should have been almost free, I tipped Tom and David because they are the best she has and when she adjusted the cost she gave us a $10 discount but the cost still put us above what we normally pay. My family members were going here too and one or two of them complained about the service and that same lady is too rough. The workers don't get a break when they should or eat until the customers are all done, that's not right. They're breaking the law, your workers are suppose to have meal breaks. I am home from college and came here on a Sunday because my normal spot was closed, this was the worst experience ever. It took over two hours to get just my nails done. The lady working on my nails kept leaving me to go and work on other people's nailing leaving me for nearly 30 minutes at a time and when she was working on my nails she was rushing to get done and laughing at how she was a "quick worker". Not to even mention that she never painted a top coat on my nails, she said she would be right back and left for another twenty minutes until I eventually ended up just walking out. On my last visit I got my first pedicure and I really enjoyed it because the tech took her time. I've gotten dip on my hands everytime I've gone and they do a pretty good job. I typical about nail shop on Saturdays but I ended going one Saturday and despite being busy they were still pretty efficient and tried their best to get every customer in and out quickly.
