I was immediately taken to the pedi chair where I requested hotter water. No luke warm for me! The nail tech spoke great English so easy to communicate. The employees are nice.... But the service is trash!!! 3 times in a row that my nails have peeled off in 48 hours! Pros: friendly, accepts credit card Cons: unfortunately, just about everything else I came on a Monday morning for a pedicure. They weren't busy at all, so I figured I wouldn't get a rushed service. The water wasn't hot and I when I asked for hot water, she brought hot water from a kettle--it didn't make the water much warmer. I got the "Deluxe" pedicure. I had to ask her to clean out underneath my nails and trim the cuticles. I didn't get much of a massage. And then the Polish application--oh boy. There was entire parts of my nails not covered. The top of the nails weren't fully polished. I asked for a 3rd coat and still didn't get full application. Needless to say, my Polish was chipping the next day. I try to be very fair when writing reviews--the folks were friendly but if you want to have a worthwhile pedicure this is not the place unfortunately. read more

Ann did an amazing job on my nails. I was a walk in and didn't have to wait. Everything is very clean and organized. I got a soak off and dip reapplied, color #333. It was supposed to be tan but on my natural nails it looks more pink. I hate that the color on the swatches is never the color on my actual nail but I digress.. A star was lost because... this location has been open a year and I've never noticed but what caught my eye was the wine bottle decor in the window! There is a small but cute bar set up inside but I was never offered a drink. I even gave the hint "ohh yalls bar is so cute" but nope not even a bottled water handed my way. So that's not a BIG deal but a lot of nail services do offer beverages for the same pricing as here. Would I return? Probably at some point since there is an oil change place next door (Take 5 Oil) and I could leave my car there while I get a quick mani. read more

Last time I was there I had a full set with gel polish plus my toenails polished....NO PEDICURE! It was $90 I was told today when I walked in and asked for pricing that toes polished are $10 and gel for my hands is extra $15. WELLLL!! Worst manicure of my life. A young man with what appeared to be zero experience filed my thin nails with a rough acrylic nail file. They were not level. He did not attend to my cuticles. A six year old would have done a better job at polishing. After seeing my nails the owner refunded my money. I wouldn't go back if you paid me. Shame on the owner for letting a truly inexperienced and uncoordinated individual do the work of a professional. Beautiful nails as always, but the pricing is officially unbearable for me. I got a simple acrylic set, the site says they should be around $35, but I expected to pay around $60 before a tip because they always charge more for the design. These nails were $90! Even the cashier looked shocked when the man who did my nails told her my price. My design did require some attention to detail, but not enough to almost triple the original price. I didn't receive a manicure, just a regular set. Very disappointed because I love this salon and this location especially, but I just cannot afford their business anymore. read more

I went to this nail spa with my friend on 6/18/2021 (she loves the place by the way). I was getting a regular pedicure and a gel manicure. Nothing fancy just simple and sweet. This was a Friday afternoon and I waited just over an hour for service. I wasn't upset about the wait because I know the time I came is usually busy. My pedicure was a struggle because the really sweet lady cut my toe nails too low after I specified only cutting certain nails, then she cut them crooked. I also didn't like the extremely square look but that's not really a major complaint as that's just preference. But I did NOT like my crooked toe nails. Ok, here is the worst part.... I get to the guy that's doing my nails (older man with gray hair) and he instantly has an attitude when I sit down because my nails are short. He makes a comment about my nails being short but I didn't think it was a life threatening issue. He gets soaking water for my mani and it's literally cold! I've had manicures before and I've never soaked my nails in cold water! He proceeds to paint each and every fingernail down over my skin and then cleans up each nail with an attitude because he's purposely paining my skin, like my actual finger tip. Then he says something like "it's taking so long because your nails are too short and I have to fix each nail". His colleague even asks him several times what he's doing and he kept saying "they're too short" with an attitude! This was the worst experience I've had in a nail salon. I've had bad experiences but never to where I felt I had to complain. But THIS was AWFUL. I will never return. read more

Went to this place on yesterday after an year & remind why I stop. I had plans to get an Mani/ Pedi. I counted several vacant pedicure chairs. They decided to place me in a towel lined broken chair. I couldn't even use the massager because the back knobs was pulling my hair. Two other techs kept looking and laughing until one decided to help me move the towel up hoping that would stop the chair from grabbing my hair. I decided to do my Manicure at a different location because of the uneasy feeling I got while in this establishment. I didn't feel welcome so decided to go elsewhere. read more

The only reason I am giving this place 1 star is because they did take my temperature. 1: Seats were not sanitized after every use. I purchased a pedicure and the seat was given to the next customer without being cleaned. 2: The manager constantly negotiated Xiamome's schedule during my appointment as well as rushed her to complete my services. 3: I felt hustled! I purchased a $35 pedicure, $10 nail removal, and a $45 nail set. I already had acrylic on my toes and needed a fill in. So I expected to pay more. I also requested shellac which is an additional $20. This was not posted as there is no displayed pricing. She (the tech) told him (the manager) how much to charge me. Considering (I'm assuming) since she was asked to work 7 days straight he never questioned her total not once. Please tell me how $35+45+10+20=$150....??????? I asked him (The manager) to repeat to me every service I had and he only took off $5. So I spent $150 for what should have been $110. Of course I didn't want to argue I was already speaking to the manager and again all I could go by was what they said as I was being serviced so I could not reference anything to defend myself. While the shop is beautiful, this was my second Attempt to use this salon and the first time was just as bad. I paid for highest level pedicure and didn't even receive everything that the set included. Please use this business at your own risk. Ask questions up font and verify it with the manager. I love the atmosphere of this salon. I came in to change out my gel/acrylic manicure and the same night my thumb nail snapped. They fixed it for free. A week later my thumb nail popped off on my other hand. I'm careful with my nails but I was hoping for more durability. Fixed it again, free of charge once more. Next day, my pointer finger nails popped off. I'm so sad they came off and I think it's because of my real nails not being buffed out enough to adhere properly. One another thing I'd like to add is that they kinda rushed through the evening part of the acrylic. So it turned out a bit wavy to the touch. I'm giving 3 stars cause they're so kind of their customers and their prices are great. I just wish they took their time like my previous nail salon; I switched because my previous increased their prices immensely. Argued with me in a very ghetto manner after being dishonest and passing sticky notes gossiping and giggling through out my whole appointment, so I knew this was planned. Hot towels were boiling hot and I asked her to remove it from my legs and she refused to,SHEISTY BUSINESS and highly UN recommended. I came at 9:52 and wasn't even done until 1:30 PM. Good luck. I've been here many times. The owner knows me by name and talks to me when I go in there, and has always been very nice. This time was different. I went in today and sat for an hour and waited. A lady walked in and got sat immediately, and they don't take reservations. Many people who hadn't been there even as long as I did got frustrated and left. I ended up going up to him and telling him I had been waiting for an hour and asked him how much longer he thought. He immediately was frustrated and said "we go by the list I'm not skipping people for you" LIKE WHAT? I didn't ask you to skip people for me. Then a girl walked in and he told her 30 minutes but right before he had told someone over the phone it was an hour and a half to two hours. I told the girl about how long I had waited and she thanked me and left as well. I would have waited and continued giving my business to them if he wasn't so rude. For no reason. And I especially wouldn't have been upset if from the onset if he had told me it was going to be a long wait. They waisted an hour of my day, but they lost my business for good because of the horrible customer service. Very disappointed. read more
