Either way I proceeded with the pedicure which is the most basic service you can do. The tech was not patient and did a rush job on my pedicure. Polish was outside of my nail beds and this was gel so it's hard to remove once it's set. My toe nails were cut crooked. Overall one of the worst pedicures I have had in a long time. Needless to say I may try some of the top rated nail techs that work there but this will not be my back up spot if my regular tech is out of town.

I will never return because of these reasons: 1. Whatever kind of normal nail polish they use, it is either a poor quality brand that does not last 3 days on your nails....or they dilute the brand they use and it is very thin with no protective coat applied on top. 2. I left the salon not realizing that one of my legs was not rinsed off from the pedicure. The salt scrub had dried and I didn't feel it until I got in my car and sticky granules went everywhere. 3. My friend got a special "cat eye" metallic manicure with tips and told the technician not to cut her cuticles. I echoed to not cut them to him because he didn't seem to listen. He hurried through the manicure so fast and began to cut the cuticles regardless and made my friends finger bleed immediately and she stopped him. 4. The cost was outrageous for the poor quality of polish, lack of protective coating on the polish, a very low quality pedicure/massage, the drive-through service and ignoring instructions for my friend. The missing stars in this review are solely due to their poor nail work. From being too rough removing my cuticles, to leaving polish stains on my fingers, not filing/shaping my nails, to applying the polish patchy and clumpy...etc. Her technique was simply bad and very different from my previous experiences in other salons. Maybe this explained why they only had one other customer. The owner performed my manicure, so I don't know if they have other technicians that do a better job. I have damaged nail beds on both big toes from an injury, and they are very sensitive. I have been very trepidatious getting a pedicure, as sometimes nail techs can go on autopilot and be a little rough. My manicurist/nail tech was the wife, and she was so gentle!
