We trusted their assessment and paid, hoping the leak would finally be resolved. ### **2. Leak Still Present -- and More Confusion** The next time it rained, the leak was still there. Same spot, same issue. When we called them back, they used a drone to inspect the roof but still couldn't figure out what was wrong. Their uncertainty was alarming. We ended up using **our own drone**, and we were the ones who actually located the problem area. When we pointed it out to them, they insisted the leak was coming from the chimney area -- which was completely incorrect. At that point, it was obvious they were guessing, not diagnosing. ### **3. The Skylight Disaster** While they were assessing the roof leak, we made the mistake of agreeing to have a skylight installed at the same time. That turned out to be another huge error. The skylight they installed looks like a **DIY project**, not professional work. It has a **constant draft**, and when the weather gets cold, the draft is unbearable. It's clear they had no idea what they were doing, and the workmanship reflects that. Instead of adding value to our home, the skylight became another problem we had to live with. ### **4.
