I noticed a small seepage on my ceiling and contacted Clearview Roofing, who scheduled an appointment for the following week. My roof was originally installed around 2018, and the repair was still under warranty. Kevin, the owner, inspected the area and sealed all the cracks he found. I'm very pleased with the service and would recommend Clearview Roofing to anyone needing a new roof or gutter replacement. read more

I wish I had a similar positive experience with this company but I have not. Clearview Roofing was my third and final estimate for my roof. While not the least expensive of the 3, I thought they offered the best value and quality of materials. Tom D. came to my house as project manager and explained everything he would have his crew do, and put it in writing. He was very cordial and detail oriented, and person of his word. If he said he was going to show up, he did. He was very patient with all of my questions and add-ons, and didn't try to dissuade me or increase the price. He went out of his way to make sure I got what was best for my home. The install went very smoothly and I was very happy with the end result. I highly recommend this company and especially Tom and his crew. read more

I have been in the service industry for 5 decades as an Automobile dealer. I seldom endorse or write reviews as time constraints dictate the day. This company has my attention and therefore I decided this morning to acknowledge them. We had a leaking issue with the chimney that has not been able to be fixed by three different companies over the last few years. So, I called five personal friends and Clearview Roofing came up four times as one of the best roofing companies serving Long Island. I spoke to Andrew who directed Eric Levy to contact me for an estimate. Within 5 minutes, Eric reached out. I explained my issues and he said. "How is tomorrow I will come and inspect the roof and chimney and get this handled for you. I can be there by noon. Wonderful, a man who is on the job and willing to solve my issues with a courteous and friendly phone call. Next afternoon Eric appeared and like Santa went up the ladder and in 5 minutes explained the issue and remedies. The price he quoted was extremely fair and I said when can we get this done. He said how about tomorrow, I will have a crew here between 8 and 9. I said that fast and he said "we are that big and we have crews throughout the Island". I said great, let's do it! 8.45 the next morning Clearview rolled up the driveway with their truck and two of the nicest men greeted me with a smile and handshake. The head honcho explained what they were going to do, and it would take approximately 5 hours, and they were ready to start. I had errands to run, stopping back every hour or so and he would come down the ladder and explain what they found and what they were doing to properly fix this once and for all. I was floored to the attention to every detail and the friendly attitude of both men. As lunch time rolled around I told them lunch is on me and got them great sandwiches, sodas and desert. They were beyond appreciative. At 2.30 they were done had all the pictures in hand and it was a work of art in installing the copper flashing and finish work. i was blown away to every detail. They cleaned up every last speak of dirt and said if you need anything we are a phone call away. If you need roofing work, chimney work this is the company to call. It was just the most pleasurable experience. Thank you, Eric, Andrew and your crew. read more

I recently used the services of Clearview Roofing and Construction from Port Washington. The company had been recommended to me by a family member and I must say that I was very satisfied with the job that they did and the timeliness with which they were able to complete it. I was in need of a new flat roof and Eric [the owner] sent out two of his crew members to come and inspect and measure the site. Within hours, I was emailed a contract with all of the information about the job to be done. I had to opportunity to discuss a few of the details on the phone with Eric and I found him to not only be very accommodating, but also a very affable, funny guy. The job was supposed to take one day to complete but unfortunately an afternoon downpour put a halt to it. In spite of the delay, the roof had already been prepared and was fully waterproofed so there was no risk of damage. The following day the job was completed. Eric sent me pictures of the finished product and I was very pleased with both the roof and the clean up. It certainly exceeded my expectations! Kudos to Eric and his team especially Jose, who took charge from the get go and made sure that everything was perfect. read more

Clearview worked on our roof many years ago. They were reasonable, professional and did a great job. We recently had a leak after one of the heavy rainstorms. We called to ask them to take a look. They came to our house the next day, inspected the roof, repaired an issue (unrelated to their work), and did not even charge us. Great company. Highly recommend. read more

After finding a leak in our attic, we decided to rip the bandaid off and decided to replace the entire roof. Quotes from various companies seemed to be all over the place for the same materials and scope of work. It was quite a headache trying to avoid the fly-by-night types recommending to plaster parts of my roof, or throw on a second layer of shingles for a quick payday. I also had experiences with the hard hitting sales guys that I just never got a great feeling about. After speaking with Eric during a visit to my home, it was clear that Clearview's reputation and unbeatable price was the way to go. Eric was easy-going, and empathized with my situation as though it were his own home. He evaluated the condition of my roof with honesty and I felt confident in what I was getting from the get-go. The communication between me and Eric was always quick and to-the-point and his crew was solid from start to finish. They've been in the business for decades and I feel comfortable knowing that they'll stand behind their warranty and workmanship. I feel a great weight off of my shoulders knowing that the home that we purchased will stay dry for many, many years to come. read more

Eric came by to see me, and we decided to go with Clearview roofing, the price was in the ballpark with 2 other roofing companies, so the day came and the roof was done, and i was happy with the results, they did break a skylight on and aweing, but they patched it up to my satisfaction, now , 1 1/2 years later during 3 heavy rains we had 3 floods, ruining the ceiling and oak flooring, I called Eric many, many times and he did not return a single call, but after a few days they did send out the Forman who worked on my job, he pulled out many handfuls of the grit that come off the old roofing while removing them, they told me everything was cleaned out before they left the day the roof was done, obviously they lied about it and now I'm dealing with my insurance company to remove moldy sheetrock ceilings and replacing oak flooring and sanding the entire first floor read more

We were quoted for roof repairs with this company for 3 times as my shingles were kept falling down by strong winds, but we did not proceed with them until last December. We selected another company to do the repair at first, but it was a mistake. The previous roofer did not patch the shingle properly and I had to worry about falling shingles on windy days. We ended up hiring Clearview Roofing after spending a few grants with the previous one. Nick came out to inspect my roof and gave me his professional opinions on my roof. He was honest, patient and knowledgeable. He explained the issues to us in detail and provided solutions to us immediately. As soon as we decided to move forward with this company, Nick scheduled his crew (about 8 people) to come out to fix my roof on the next day. His crew arrived at my property at around 7:30 am, worked super hard, and put up a new roof within 8.5 hours. His crew was hard working, humble, careful, and thorough (they used wood boards to block my front door and back door to ensure we did not step out and get hurt while they were tearing up the old roof). They cleaned up all the debris before they left. Nick also came in to do a final check once his crew was done with their job. The Company also offered 10 years warranty of their work, so I'm glad that I would not need to worry about my roof for the next 10 years. I will say that they may not offer the lowest quotes in the market, but I'm happy to pay a little bit for their exceptional services and professionalism in addition to the additional 5 years of warranty. Most of the companies I got quoted only offered up to 5 years of warranty, but they do offer 10 YEARS!!! read more

Two years ago we hired this company to do our stairs, pavers and new gutter. Upon their suggestion we installed the gutter under the pavers, into the ground with "drainage". Since this job we have gotten water in our basement. Come to find out the pipe was laid in the ground as is with no drainage to absorb and spread the water, hence the clog and constant water in our basement. Extra money for job that has given us nothing but problems. First our stairs were laid with leaks now this. Worst decision we ever made as new homeowners. I would leave zero stars if I could. read more

After the last snowstorm, my roof sprung a leak directly above my kitchen stove, it was a nightmare, I called three different companies looking for quotes, 2 of the companies told me that the problem was a lot worse than it really was. After Kevin explained what my problem was, he offered a much lower quote and the problem wasn't as severe as the other companies made it out to be. Kevin saved me thousands of dollars. Kevin is very professional, friendly and is very knowledgable with roofing, he and his crew, fixed a section of my roof within a few hours, and, we haven't seen any signs of a leak for weeks. Don't learn a costly lesson the hard way, call Kevin at Clearview roofing, you'll be happy you did. Thank You, Kevin. read more

I was able to get an appointment with Clearview Roofing within 24 hours of placing a call to them. Spoke with Nikki on the phone who was quite knowledgeable and efficient. David was at my house evaluating the entire roof which was found to be in pretty bad shape, as I suspected. After all it was over 20+years old and water was pouring through my kitchen ceiling during each rain we had. David came and left me with the GAF shingle book to peruse and select the color shingles to be used. Within a day, I had a written estimate which was very reasonable. THE JOB COULD BE DONE IN A DAY! I then signed the contract and got a phone call from ERIC who came to pick up the signed contract and he headed over to our VIllage Hall to get the necessary building permit. Within a few days, the roofers were ready to remove the old roof and install the new roof. Unfortunately (or fortunately for us) a small part of the roof was not completed in that one day because the roofers found thousand of yellow jacks had made their home under the den roof by our chimney! Clearview got an exterminator to remove the hives immediately. The roofers returned a day later ON A SUNDAY MORNING and completed the now "bee-free" area. They cleaned up and took away every bit of garbage to Clearview Roofing did a magnificent job. My roof is more beautiful than it was 20 years ago. I had leak in my roof in 2 places from a brand new roof job from a very shady contractor called Olympic . The roof was only 41/2 years old and had leaks already! Olympic said" I was out of warranty" and would not even come out to assess the problem. Obviously, they did not stand by their work. Thank God, I found Clearview Roofing in Port Washington... Eric Levy came the very next day and knew pretty much right away what the problem was and where it was coming from. The prior contractor had left a gap between the flashing. He sealed it up and the problem is fixed. I felt such a relief to find someone that was soo kind, knowledgable, and honest. I highly recommend this company, and Eric Levy for any roofing jobs you may need. If I could give 100 stars I would. Really exceptional people! read more

We contacted Clearview because we would like to repair or replace our roof. We are very impressed with Kevin. He is very professional and knowledgeable, does not act like some other roofers who are arrogant, greedy and aggressive. He is very straightforward and honest. He gave us a big sample board for GAF shingles when we asked the color option. We like him the most compared to all other roofers who came to give us quote. I also appreciate Cynthia to talk to me over the phone several times with the scheduling and being flexible. The quote that Kevin sent to me is very reasonable and professional with all the details. Although I did not hire Clearview due to our schedule (we need to install the roof ASAP to avoid upcoming rainy days but Clearview is fully booked until the weekend), we believe that Kevin and his team will do a wonder job to satisfy every customer. read more

Nick is not only professional and knowledgeable, but an honest and transparent man. Which, having done a lot of work on my home in the past year, isn't always easy to find. His team came out and redid my entire roof and gutters. The roof was not only old, but a roof on a 1908 home. The job wasn't an easy one, as all the cedar wood had to be taken off and completely gutted. I cannot recommend this company enough- from start to finish the quality and craftsmanship were top notch. Needless to say, my roof, along with the gutters came out amazing! The team left my home spotless from start to finish. Nick was involved throughout the entire process and genuinely made sure I was happy with the work. I would recommend Clearview to anyone looking for high quality, affordable pricing and an honest working relationship. I am beyond happy that I went with this company! You won't be disappointed.
