Outstanding experience with Brothers Aluminum Siding Roofing and Windows. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and with great attention to detail. Elias Dimitrakakis was knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with. The crew--led by Mauricio--was punctual, respectful, and meticulous. Juan, William, and Nelson did beautiful work and kept the site clean every day. Our home looks amazing. What really sets them apart: they stand behind their work. A year later, after a bad snowstorm damaged an exterior dryer vent, Dimitri answered immediately and said they'd replace it at no charge. No hassle, no excuses. High-quality workmanship, honest service, and true follow-through. Highly recommend. read more

Brothers Aluminum exceeded our wildest expectations! We created a one-minute video (along with the before and after pictures below) to highlight the amazing transformation our home underwent due to Brothers expert design, craftsmanship, safety and customer-focus. Despite the extraordinary steep terrain we live on, and the winter weather conditions, the work was done on time and exactly as quoted (please copy and paste the link below to your browser to view our short one minute video: https://1drv.ms/v/c/6d523f4e49bba7f5/Efr2CdFVEkVPi79yjMOxJxcB8RNfwa5w4-Ci9cOidbBlKQ?e=ismhH9 Additionally, Teddy's design and material suggestions were instrumental in decreasing our oil consumption by about 15% this winter season. That's several hundred dollars in heating alone! We vetted 4 companies before we met with Teddy at Brothers and immediately knew we had our contractor! His professionalism, expertise, knowledge, attention to detail and customer service was the best I've ever seen. The crew was amazing! They worked seamlessly together and answered all our questions. They were always on time and protected our landscaping, walkways, etc. immaculately. Their clean-up was the highest I've ever seen! I would not hesitate to recommend Brothers Aluminum! read more

I needed a new roof and gutters after 26 years. No leaks just staying ahead of problems. Requested 5 quotes from the top rated GAF companies and those I had used in the past with good results. Brothers had the best presentation, strong professional reputation and, importantly to me, no complaints with Consumer Affairs. They also came in with the best pricing overall for a 50 year roof making the choice an easy one. We had a two day delay of the job start due to weather. However, this was a one day affair for the roof rip and install. Gutters and leaders were done the next day in under three hours. Great job, respectful and professional crews. Good job all around. I'll be calling them for more work as needed in the future. Thank you Brothers.l! read more

Brothers Aluminum Brothers Aluminum put up new windows and siding on our home. They did a great job. They were puntual and professional.

When deciding to upgrade the exterior of our home, we wanted perfection, but without breaking the bank. Brothers Aluminum delivered on exactly that. Their work and materials are of the highest quality. They were reliable in terms of work ethic and delivering results on time. We were able to trust that they wouldn't cut corners, which is a problem we've had with other home improvement companies in the past. When we asked for minor upgrades as the work moved along we weren't hit with any major increases to the cost, which has also been a problem we've experienced with others in the past. Overall, we would highly recommend Brothers Aluminum for any exterior home improvement projects. read more

When purchasing a home that's older and with good bones, you realize the good bones may need a replacement here or there. We discovered that our single paned, double hung, weighted windows were not living up to the heat retention and noise reduction that's conducive to a good night's sleep or low heating bill. On to find a contractor that would assist in remedying that problem. Online reviews of possible contractors led us to contact Brothers Aluminum for an estimate. We met Elias and he inspected our windows, siding and roof and provided us with an estimate of work to be done for each. He presented us with the costs, payment options and the time to complete each job. We agreed to do work on the windows and provided a down payment same day to start the process of ordering the materials needed. Brothers starts the work when all the materials have been acquired so the jobs can be completed in a timely manner. It took 2 days for the windows to be completed. Day 1 consisted of the removal of the old windows and installation of the new ones. Day 2 was the adding of flashing and making the windows look seamless with the current siding. I love the fact that the team was efficient and cleaned throughly after the work was completed. We will definitely recommend Brothers to anyone in need of a contractor. We look forward to working with them again on future projects. read more

Don't let the name fool you. Brothers Aluminum is a full service home improvement contractor. I met Teddy at a home show and asked about siding since I had seen the quality work completed by Brothers Aluminum next to my mother's house. I told him we were also considering upgrading our bathroom and was surprised when he said he can do that too. Teddy gave us a very good price to do both projects. A good price is one thing but their work is top shelf. They not only transformed the exterior with beautiful siding, but the craftsmanship of the bathroom crew was terrific. We ended up having them replace all the interior doors as well. We feel like we have a brand new home. I highly recommend Brothers Aluminum. read more

Brothers Home Improvement does it all. My family called to receive window replacement in our house. Ted the owner took over and made the project easy with great windows and excellent installation. We are overwhelmed with the total professional work from our estimate and installation. We would recommend Brothers to all home owners looking for home improvements. Ted also helped us with excellent 0% financing and we were approved and work completed with the custom made windows. The value of our house increased plus energy efficiency is another plus. Thank you Ted and your great team of home improvement experts. read more

I am a retired architect and a quality fanatic. I hired Brothers Aluminum Corp. to reside my home and to add a portico. This is the finest, most professional, friendly, customer-centered, company that I have done business with. I never felt pressured into any "upselling" that usually happens with other competitors. It felt that my best interests were always the priority. Excellent work from the whole crew. Kris was always available to address any concerns that I had. The craftsmanship and attention-to-detail Elvis and his crew showed was the best I have ever experienced. The job was scheduled and completed within the aggressive time frame. The house looks beautiful - it surpassed my expectations! There were a few minor wrinkles, as to be expected. They were always pounced upon and corrected perfectly. I would, and will, recommend this company to all my neighbors and friends. Thank you, Brothers Aluminum, for the great job! read more

I used Brothers Aluminum in 2020 for new siding, a new roof and new windows and my wife and I are super happy with the whole experience. We worked with Ted Boultadakis initially to select our products and services and settle on a price and timeline. The team that worked on each of the projects was very professional and completed each project in a reasonable amount of time with high quality. Ted was available via phone or text almost 24x7 to answer any questions we had. Later on when an issue completely unrelated to their work came up, they came by and fixed it without any additional cost which was unexpected but further proof of what a great company this is to work with. They have my highest recommendation. read more

I had a wonderful experience with this company in the summer of 2021. They were professional from the start. Always on time, very responsive via email and communicative about the process. I had them redo my siding and gutters on my very old house. They made sure to pay attention to detail and got the job done quickly and for a reasonable price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them in the future. read more

I am half way through my windows and siding job with Brothers and wanted to share how amazing this company is. Billy was/is fantastic to deal with as he explained everything that would be done, gave a fair price, stops by each day when the crew is working and has become a friend through this process. Pete did 14 windows for us and our patio screens and is incredibly talented in his craft. He works with attention to detail as well as he goes out of his way to make sure everything is perfect and clean when he finishes. Hugo and the crew working on the siding for the house and all the details have been doing a great job and Im excited to see the finished product over the next few days. If your deciding on a contractor for your job, don't hesitate to use Brothers, they're the best!!! read more

Great experience with Brothers Aluminum. From the moment Elias came into our home to go over our project, we knew this company was going to execute our vision. He went over every detail and with his input he made us feel comfortable knowing he would be overseeing the job from start to finish. And he did! Elias and his team were so professional and informative always returning my calls promptly. They always showed up as scheduled. His project manager Mauricio made me feel at ease knowing that any of my concerns were always met. My husband and I are so happy with the beautiful work they did. From the new siding to the beautiful accent stone work and the installation of the new doors, the house looks so beautiful! Thank you Elias for a great job and for always being on top of things and communicating with me every step of the way to make sure we were happy with the outcome. I highly recommend Brothers Aluminum and will use them again in the future. read more

Brother's aluminum (I worked with Teddy) replaced all my windows and siding in my current house a few years ago. They were wonderful, doing the job quickly and caring about details. They also didn't damage my new landscaping. Outcome was great and 3 years later everything still looks good and is great. Fast forward we are renovating an old house we just bought. Brothers did the roofing, skylights, siding, gutters/leaders. Again, quality work, great service , attention to detail and work neatly. Also had Covid safe practuces, which I appreciated. I recommend Brother's Aluminim without hesitation. read more

Needed new roof for my house in Nassau County. Was referred to Brothers by a close friend. They quoted a fair price; showed up on time; worked hard and fast; and got the job done with minimal disruption to my house and my life - which is always my main goal. They worked in weather that was pretty cold and crappy and that was impressive too. I had to deduct one star however because the clean up was not great. Lots of nails and small pieces of roofing found around the property - and the company that provided the container damaged our driveway a little - so had to deduct one star because it's those little extra things that separate "good" from "great". Nonetheless I was overall very pleased. read more

Brothers Aluminum did a fantastic job with our roof. Paul B. was respectful and provided a detailed description of the services with a set schedule for performance. All tasks were carried out on time as planned. Paul B. checked in frequently to assure all was going smoothly. The job was completed in one day. The crew was meticulous in cleaning and left our yard immaculate. Highly recommended! read more

The final product of the siding and masonry work was great. However, it took over a month to get a two week job done. In addition, materials we had stored for a separate (unrelated) project was used without permission. I don't have the patience to use this company in the future. read more

I was told by a neighbor the Brothers Aluminum did good work. Unfortunately, I'll never know. They showed up on schedule for our initial consultation, to look at my home. I was told they'd contact me the following Wednesday with a quote for materials. Since things initially went so well, I thought the process was going to be a piece of cake. But they never called me. When I called them for an update, I was told I'd be getting a text.... I never got their text. Since calling their office didn't work, I sent a text and asked if they could refer me to a company they trusted since they were apparently too busy for my job. No reply that time either. Follow up, boys. Follow up. read more

so, here is an update. i found my reciept, sent proof of the horrjble work and horrific follow up. Gave the manager my name, copy of recpt, name of sales rep and date when work was done. Nothing from Brothers Aluminum!!! Dont lose your money, you have been warned. I gave one star because the app makes you give a minimum rating. They dont deserve the one star. Poor customer service, horrible follow up and bad work they dont standby. read more

What can I say that isnt't great? They did a phenomenal job on the complete gut and renovation of my mother's bathroom. The workers worked hard and consistent every day that they were here, and did a wonderful job of cleaning up. My mother's old bathroom had a tub, and we put in a walk in shower for her, being that she is now elderly and needs help. I cannot say how respectful they were of our home, and of my mother even when she sometimes got in their way and were so patient with her. The finished work is just beautiful, and I am so very happy with how it all ended out, not to mention the quick response time, patience and understanding of all involved. While I initially balked at what it may cost me, I cannot say how pleased I am and to say that it is superior quality work, and if I can do another bathroom or kitchen reno in the future I would only use this company. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!! read more

We decided to work with Brothers Aluminum to redo our kitchen, flooring & bathroom in our new house. My parents have used them before on siding & roofing and couldn't have given more of a rave review about their experience. The process was so easy & painless--Elias & George helped us every step of the way and were always there to guide us and give great advice. The guys worked Monday--Saturday and finished our job in only 6 weeks!!! Other contractors were quoting us 3 months! Brothers Aluminum did amazing work, our house came out BEAUTIFUL. The workmanship is amazing. Whenever we ran into small but expected hiccups Elias and the team were there to fix them. I cannot recommend them enough!! read more

What can I say.....Exceptional......while I have used Brothers before to side my house, I called upon their expertise for a total roof replacement that was required.....my exceptional experience began with meeting again with Teddy.......a finer and more honest contractor and gentleman I have never met......in this day and age when men of their word are a rare exception, Teddy exemplified honesty and being a man of his word.....what was expected to have been a rather easy roof replacement unexpectedly turned into a job requiring the replacement of all the plywood of the old roof and the placement of approximately a dozen rafters to straighten a sagging roof......while Teddy made the economic impact of such a surprise most palatable, his workers headed by the foreman Orlando , a master carpenter and roofer, made the work process seamless along with the assistance of a second foreman who assisted , Stelios.......the entire job was masterfully completed in a full day and 1/4.....not only was the work masterful but the cleanup impeccable......just waiting for the excellent job done to be literally capped off by the gutter guy who is expected shortly........the timing of all the work including delivery and take away of the first dumpster and the delivery of a second dumper, along with the expected arrival of the gutter guy is like a well choreographed exercise supervised by Teddy himself........a most highly recommended contractor......... read more

We got our roof redone in January 2021, thinking we're going with a good company based on some of the reviews, but my husband and I deeply regret our decision. The pricing seem fair, the representative Ian was really nice, but the job done by the company was not good. A few months after getting our roof done by Brothers Aluminum, we realized the roof was still leaking through where the shingles and the exhaust vent pipe met. We called and spoke with Tammy and Maria to put in service requests. For the first service request, they came by and put down flashing cement and told us that should fix the problem and that's when we learned a pipe collar was never installed over the vent pipe by Brothers Aluminum back in January because there wasn't "enough space" between the pipe and the building. That was horrible learning this at this point in time as we should have been told this before all the shingles were laid down. The roof still continued to leak so we put in a second service request and they laid down more flashing cement and then we were told that it should be fixed this time. When the guy came by for the third service request, he said if the problem is still not fixed, he'll have to remove some shingles and get it fixed properly. By the six service request, they have not fixed the issue nor remove the shingles and fix it properly like they said they would. We were exhausted by the issue at hand and called other companies for free quotes to investigate the issue. We were told by another company that flashing cement does not fix the issue and the issue is that a boot collar needs to be installed and the shingles has to be removed in order to do so. So I had to call Brothers Aluminum again in January 2022 and when we called multiple times to follow up, they told us we're in the queue and basically told us to stop calling, as they will call us when it's our turn. 4 months later it's May 2022, and they still haven't called us back and my roof is still leaking. I would not recommend this company to anyone. It was a $8000 plus job and my roof is still leaking. It's been a nightmare dealing with Brother Aluminum. read more

I can't thank Brothers Aluminum enough in replacing siding that was damaged by the recent winds. I am grateful to Mauricio who handled the entire process from providing a reasonable estimate, answering questions from my insurance adjuster and making sure the job was completed before the upcoming bad weather. I gave Brothers jobs on my house when we first bought the house. The job included replacing the roof and siding all around the entire house. I also had them repair the sun room. In total the jobs totaled $22,000. I recently had the chimney rebuilt and there is a space between the siding and the chimney. I asked them for an estimate to do that small job. At first they told me that they didn't do the siding. We got over that and Edgar came and acted like he didn't know what I was talking about. He then told me Alex would call me. I still haven't received a call. read more

Professional from start to finish. Very easy to work with and communication responsive and courteous. Would highly recommend.

I met with Kris back in July to discuss my siding job. He was very nice and came well prepared. He taught me a lot about siding and he gave me a very nice folder, chock full of good info. He gave me a price which I told him that I had a lower price quoted from someone else and he told me that they would match it. After considering another competitor, I called Kris and told him that I would like a quote for the agreed upon deal. He said he would send it. His partner Teddy then called me to see if I was interested without knowing that Kris had already spoken to me. Teddy stated that he would speak to Kris about getting me the quote. After repeated emails and calls with no response I finally put up the white flag. Very, very, very unprofessional. At least let me know that you cannot do the job and that you were stupid enough to agree to a lower price. Don't trust these people. Very bad people. read more

Can not say enough good things about Brothers Aluminum. George K was extremely helpful as was Pete and Edgar. The crews installing the windows at my house were professional, courteous and did excellent work. I would highly recommend Brothers Aluminum for any work needed on your home. read more

If your in the market for siding I would recommend brothers. The siding came out nice and I am happy with it. But if you need any cement work then you are better off going elsewhere The company they subcontract the work to is sloppy and careless. I called them back to fix the damage to my fence and the globes of cement stain, and I was given an attitude by the cement guys when clearly they were in the wrong. In the end they were able to fix the fence but that still didn't change the concrete. There is a big gap in between the concrete and some of it is already coming apart. The material they used in between the concrete was poorly placed and is already deteriorating . After the third time they came back it was to late to fixed. The main reason I hired brothers was to get the entire job done by one company. I was told by the owner that they do all the work them self's. I gave them a chance due to there reviews online, but I knew this was going to happen when you get subcontractors. Sub par work . read more

My experience began in June 2021 . I called Brother's for an estimate on roofing and Siding. I had the great pleasure of working with Billy. He was attentive but not pushy. After receiving many other estimates, Brother's was more than fair in price and warranty. The materials took a while to come in, but no fault of Brothers. Once the materials were in there was no delay of the start of the job. Roofing done in one day with a large crew . Clean up was good . Then a few weeks later the siding arrived. House and garage in 2 days. Billy came by each day to check in. I would recommend Brother Aluminum 100%. read more
