We trusted their assessment and paid, hoping the leak would finally be resolved. ### **2. Leak Still Present -- and More Confusion** The next time it rained, the leak was still there. Same spot, same issue. When we called them back, they used a drone to inspect the roof but still couldn't figure out what was wrong. Their uncertainty was alarming. We ended up using **our own drone**, and we were the ones who actually located the problem area. When we pointed it out to them, they insisted the leak was coming from the chimney area -- which was completely incorrect. At that point, it was obvious they were guessing, not diagnosing. ### **3. A tile floor had to be removed and redone after being installed without regard to the pattern, and we had to intervene to prevent a countertop from being cut in the wrong location. A significant amount of materials we purchased for the project, including tile, paint, and three ceiling light fixtures, were not returned or accounted for. When we attempted to reconcile materials, we were unable to get clear or consistent answers.
