In the three years since, we have had three major leaks in our roof. Each time we reached out to the company, we were met with rudeness and unprofessionalism. Each time we were told that the problem had been fixed but the roof would leak again during the next rain storm. We have had to repair and repaint our ceilings multiple times due to the water damage. Last week, we found another spot on our ceiling, which meant another leak in our roof. My mother called and asked someone to come and, once again, fix the leak. Someone came and inspected the roof and told my mother that he needed to had a team come over to make the repairs. Three days (and no response) later, my mother called again and was told that a team would be there but they could not give us a timeframe. When my mother told them that we needed to at least know what day they were going to come, she was told that there was no schedule and that the team would get there when they did. Then he hung up abruptly. Today, my mother called to get an update on when someone would be coming to fix the room and was told that someone was already there on Friday. As we were not home on Friday (which we had told them), there was no way of us knowing that the team had been there. We received no call, no note, nothing to indicate that someone had come to our house and climbed on top of our roof. The man who my mother spoke with today was rude and condescending and essentially blamed my mother for not know that his team had already been to our house. We have absolutely no way of knowing that someone was actually here and no way of know that they actually fixed the problem this time. This company clearly does not care for the value of their product and does not care to put an ounce of effort into respecting their paying customers.

That person gave me preliminary findings and showed me pictures of problem areas on the roof. Arnie came by another day to go over the requirements of what would be needed to install a new roof, his credentials and the guarantees offered. He then provided me an estimate that night. A few days later, his workers came, tore off the old roof, put new plywood throughout the whole roof, lined the roof and then shingled it. They had almost the whole roof done in a day, but did need a little time the next morning to finish up (which Arnie previously told me might happen). The workers were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and worked hard. They left the property very clean. A few days after the new roof was installed, we had a few days of very heavy rain and the roof did great. I would highly recommend Arnie Blake for roofing. I would bet that his company's work in other areas are just as good.
