We were working our way back from a Berkshires trip and thought it would be nice to have some pizza. (Who doesn't like pizza?) [[HIGHLIGHT]]UVA definitely has an "Adult" vibe to it.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The main seating area where we were was smaller, flanked by a large kitchen.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. Most of the pizzas were similar (menu attached)..a basic flatbread with a touch of sauce and a sprinkle of cheese with moderate toppings. The teen we were with did not care for the style (nothing new), but at the same time, nothing made me go "wow" either. I had a dense cocktail that overshadowed the simple, light flavors of the pizza. The older group behind us was obviously there for a meetup and wine, which is perfect. Nothing negative to say here, but if I were in the area again, I might try somewhere else.

Good brick-oven style pizza. Better than expected. Our server was nice but overwhelmed. Get her some help!

Our sausage pizza was delicious - the wood fired crust was perfect and the sauce and toppings were so flavorful.

Lenox has some really cool spots and Ombra is one of them. Recommended by a local, we stopped here on Valentine's Day after our dinner for a nice glass of wine. The place was crowded but luckily a few people were leaving so we scored some seats at the bar. I ordered a glass of Nebbiolo from Italy which was good. My husband had a beer. The place is so cute and very romantic with dim lights, a great wine selection and their food looked so good. Unfortunately, we were so full that we did not end up ordering anything. Although, the french fries were calling my name. Ombra is a place that I could see us coming to almost every week and not getting tired of it. We met a local who is very nice and told us how Ombra is very popular. I think we will have to come back in the spring/summer to get those french fries :) If you are ever in Lenox definitely make your way to Ombra for a nice glass of wine or try a cocktail. This is the perfect date night spot for sure whether you start or end your evening here, you will be happy! Cheers~

Fair warning, everything was good, but for the price tag it's really the experience you are paying for. Attended a party in one of their private rooms. Furniture is a little too big for the room, making it a little tight. Also wished they had a server solely dedicated to us because I didn't feel like our server came around enough. Overall, worth the trip at least once!

They have a large seating area with a variety of table tops. It's intimate and trendy. There's also a huge outside area (heated), that people were thriving in even though it was only 10 degrees out. The menu is broad and not your usual chain supply. If you are a picky eater you might have a hard time. Most of the food is in large enough portions you can split and trade with friends or just make it a charcuterie feast for all. Drinks were mint and I mean that in the old cool sense of the word not actually mint, although you could ask for some and they would accommodate. The self poor wine station is a bonus, adding to the uniqueness of this establishment. Reservations highly recommended! 21+ only AMAZING

Once there the vibe feels rustic, historic, little speakeasy vibes. Service was fantastic. Everyone was so nice and knowledgeable about all the different wines available. The charcuterie grazing board was every and any thing you could possibly want, at least we thought so. Sooooo good!! The dippy duet of the tapenade and pistachio cream dip thing (sorry forgot the name) delicious. We ordered an entree to share and everyone raved about the lamb chops. Safe to say we'll be back. We arrived as soon as they opened and were some of the first there. The bar tender greeted us and we took our seats. He came over immediately and went through the entire menu with us. I ordered wine from their very large selection and my husband ordered a stout. They were out of his order so the bar tender brought over three similar options and explained them all. My husband picked one of the recommendations and it was a great beer. My wine was delicious. We ordered the Brie , burger, and my husband ordered their lomo. Everything was great truly. We just took our time and really enjoyed the space which was very cozy and relaxing. The best thing is going to a restaurant where wine and beer are their main focus and talking with staff that is enthusiastic about their products. Our waiter was great and we're sad we didn't get his name but he made the experience ten times better with his knowledge of wines and beers. We plan on returning very soon!!
