I went in and there was no one in line so I went straight to the window. I bought 30 stamps as well as a cute card. Who knew you could buy cards at the post office? They have a decent selection and they're fairly inexpensive. I told the lady at the window that I was totally blaming that spilled water on the post office. She smiled and winked and told me to bring them inside to the window next time instead of dropping them in the outside box. I put stamps on my cards and dropped them in the inside box and was on my way within just a few minutes. The runner at my office recommended this post office because he said it's never busy, and he was right. The post lady was super friendly and pleasant. Unfortunately, after close inspection of the nearby trees, I had no luck finding the elusive Mobile leprechaun. Maybe I'll go back in March. ;)

I didn't have his vest on him because we were on our way to the vet's (he is sick) and the trip to UPS was a spur of the moment decision. I was asked if Toby was a service dog and I immediately said yes. I was then told I would have to buy a mailing package to return an Amazon purchase. While I was getting package the lady behind me ask to go ahead, I had no issue with that as I returned to the line, they were discussing the fact Toby was with me and the lady behind the counter said, "there is nothing I can do about it". I ask if they were talking about my dog. She rudely told me I was not talking to you. When it was my turn, I had dropped the mailing package on the floor and bent over to pick it and tossed it on the weight machine. She then informed me I could go to another place to mail my package (she indicated I was being rude). I told her I wanted to just return the package. I have been using this UPS store for years. I was stunned at the rudeness. Yes, I was at fault for not having Toby's service vest on (I was distraught by the fact Toby was sick). I am writing this review in the hope that she will re-evaluate her attention toward her customers. Not all handicap people have visual issues, and you have no idea what people are experiencing on any day. Senior citizens, handicap persons, all people should be treated with respect.
