The rating of "not good" is still too high, but here it is in a nutshell:…read more I buy alot of items from Amazon and some of the times there are returns. I follow the instructions to the letter, re-box when needed and print the QR code for them to scan because often times I am not the one returning the item physically. IT NEVER FAILS, every (and I mean every) time we go to this particular branch, it's the same story. The owner, clerk or package handler, or whatever her title may be is EXTREMELY RUDE and seemingly finds fault with everything. She once talked my husband (returning the package) into purchasing a box we didn't need. It's just outrageous the things people will pull to catch a buck, and this one is a class act (sarcasm.) I continue using this branch, despite the rudeness and BS I have to endure simply because it's closer, and firmly believe that is the only reason most people probably go to that branch, CONVENIENCE!

Let's see where to begin! Well FedEx customer service, delivery and drivers!…read more 1. The drivers are lazy they do not read the addresses they drop my packages just anywhere I had a laptop I bought from a store over $1500.00 laptop they delivered it to someone else's house the people kept it did not return it to the store nor tried to deliver it to me FedEx did nothing about i had to call the store and let them know if this was the first time I could understand it but they do this all the time I have to go to the house that is vacant mind you and get my packages off the porch or out of the open garage. 2. When calling FedEx it's a nightmare you have to go through so much just to talk to a person then they just try and pacify you to get you off the phone never fix the issue! I will not use FedEx for anything if it says FedEx on the delivery I will not get what ever it is I'll skip it and change whatever it is FedEx does nothing to fix there mistakes!!!

Since Dec 19, 2025 I've been dealing with an unresolved issue with Neiman Marcus. I received a…read morepackage that was supposed to contain Baccarat cologne, but the box had been opened and the item was missing. What I received was an empty package. I filed a claim immediately and provided documentation from FedEx in Mobile, AL, where ongoing theft issues are known. Despite this, Neiman Marcus has refused to refund or replace my item and has questioned my integrity. I truly believe if I were a White customer, this would have been handled differently. Instead, as an African-American woman, I've been treated like a thief. This item was meant as an appreciation gift for someone who has stood by me during a very difficult time and he never received it. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and an attorney based on principle and the emotional stress this has caused. Please protect yourselves: if you order high-end items, always require a signature.
