While I was getting package the lady behind me ask to go ahead, I had no issue with that as I returned to the line, they were discussing the fact Toby was with me and the lady behind the counter said, "there is nothing I can do about it". I ask if they were talking about my dog. She rudely told me I was not talking to you. When it was my turn, I had dropped the mailing package on the floor and bent over to pick it and tossed it on the weight machine. She then informed me I could go to another place to mail my package (she indicated I was being rude). I told her I wanted to just return the package. I have been using this UPS store for years. I was stunned at the rudeness. Yes, I was at fault for not having Toby's service vest on (I was distraught by the fact Toby was sick). I am writing this review in the hope that she will re-evaluate her attention toward her customers. Instead, as an African-American woman, I've been treated like a thief. This item was meant as an appreciation gift for someone who has stood by me during a very difficult time and he never received it. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and an attorney based on principle and the emotional stress this has caused.
