Let's see where to begin! Well FedEx customer service, delivery and drivers! 1. The drivers are lazy they do not read the addresses they drop my packages just anywhere I had a laptop I bought from a store over $1500.00 laptop they delivered it to someone else's house the people kept it did not return it to the store nor tried to deliver it to me FedEx did nothing about i had to call the store and let them know if this was the first time I could understand it but they do this all the time I have to go to the house that is vacant mind you and get my packages off the porch or out of the open garage. 2. When calling FedEx it's a nightmare you have to go through so much just to talk to a person then they just try and pacify you to get you off the phone never fix the issue! I will not use FedEx for anything if it says FedEx on the delivery I will not get what ever it is I'll skip it and change whatever it is FedEx does nothing to fix there mistakes!!! read more

I had to ship off some paperwork for a vehicle I had recently purchased, and I was provided a prepaid label and envelope for FedEx Overnight services. I could have stuck it in a drop box, but decided I'd feel better knowing that it was received so I drove here to ship it off. I was greeted before both feet were even in the door, and had two people offer to assist me. That's service! The lady who accepted my package told me about a sale they had going on, and I decided to look around. I got a 2020 Planner, two PopSockets, and a PopSocket vehicle mount for $20 total! The place was nice and spacious, very clean, and certainly wasn't lacking in the service department. Everyone in there was incredibly kind and helpful, and seemed to genuinely enjoy their jobs. I wish we had one of these stores in Saraland. It's much better than their 'brown' competitor, in my opinion. read more

Good place, I come here often to print or make copies. I can get some basic office supplies cheaper here then at Walmart. I would of have five stars, but this FedEx never has staplers, paper clips or rubber bands out near the copiers. I'm not sure why, but every FedEx I visited in California always has these supplies available. read more

I had a very expensive telescope to ship across the country and FedEx took great care with the packaging and the 3 boxes arrived safely in California. The man who bought the scope was thrilled and I was too. The FedEx employee was the only one in the store first thing in the morning when I arrived, but he helped other people who came in and worked on my shipment in between. He did not take any shortcuts to hurry the process. I am going to write a letter to this location to express my gratitude. read more

I've been to this location several times and I've yet to walk away disappointed. Well, I'm a Memphis girl and I got spoiled to the drop-offs being as late as midnight at the hub, but they can't control the latest pick-up time at this location. The latest drop-off time at this FedEx store is 6 pm. The employees are always very friendly and helpful. I've shipped packages from here on several occasions, and it's always a breeze. I'm usually in and out within a minute or two. I've used their computers and printers to print pages for events on a couple of occasions as well. I like that you can actually print the projects yourself, unlike some stores that require you email it to them or bring it in on a thumb drive for them to print. I can't remember the charges for color printing, but I do remember them being on par with office supply stores that I've used for printing in the past. If given the choice for shipping and printing, I prefer using FedEx to other businesses. This is strictly because of FedEx customer service and prices, and has absolutely nothing to do with the fact that my hometown high school football field is AstroTurf with FedEx logos on it because Fred Smith paid for it, or because my good buddy Richard retired from FedEx a few years ago. I'm on the west coast and I needed a large print job done ASAP for an important meeting taking place first thing the next morning. I called this FedEx location just a couple hours before they closed and Ben Hill picked up. He was unbelievably polite and helpful despite the fact that he was the only person working at the time and despite me calling him about 5 times throughout the night. I was very impressed with his ability to multitask to make sure he was taking care of his other customers as well as me. I went to this FedEx to ship a package for my company. It was my first time shipping something for the company and my first time at this location. One of the five associates that assisted me was very rude. I came in around 1pm so, the front desk was a bit busy. She was already being short with another employee and she was short with me as well. While I was asking questions, she acted as if I was wasting her time. Another employee explained what he was doing as he was doing for another customer, my associate cut me off and just clicked away. I understand that she wanted things to be fast, but she did so at the cost of being friendly. read more
