Since Dec 19, 2025 I've been dealing with an unresolved issue with Neiman Marcus. I received a package that was supposed to contain Baccarat cologne, but the box had been opened and the item was missing. What I received was an empty package. I filed a claim immediately and provided documentation from FedEx in Mobile, AL, where ongoing theft issues are known. Despite this, Neiman Marcus has refused to refund or replace my item and has questioned my integrity. I truly believe if I were a White customer, this would have been handled differently. Instead, as an African-American woman, I've been treated like a thief. This item was meant as an appreciation gift for someone who has stood by me during a very difficult time and he never received it. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and an attorney based on principle and the emotional stress this has caused. My overnight package that must stay refrigerated hasn't shown up after I've sat at home all day long waiting for it because it cannot be left outside on the porch. No calls, but when I call them, it's supposed to be on the way. It'll have to be sent back and I'm not paying for another one. read more

We're stuck with a delivery driver now that just doesn't care, AT ALL! I've called on him before, and it's done no good. We have two businesses at the same address. Fedex is in and out of our building many times a day. Each label CLEARLY states what goes where. But he takes it all the the third floor where he drops it off in a hallway. If he brings it to us, we check it. THOUSANDS of dollars worth of equipment and supplies. Multiple people have spoken to him from both places, he just doesn't care!!! read more

The manager went out of his way to help! His name is Corey and he was great, so was the lady that took my call and had him call back to help with an issue. He personally made sure the issue was resolved in a timely manner. The 800 number on the other hand was terrible! I will make sure I only deal with the local office. read more

I am not really sure if this is where I need to post my complaint but since I was directed by FEDEX to drive 47 minutes to get my package (I paid to have shipped to me ) from this location this where I'll say what needs to be said. YOUR DRIVER IS A LIAR. Not only did he lie about coming today he lied about coming Wednesday! My husband was on the porch and in the FRONT yard hanging lights so there was no way this supposed attempt to deliver was made. There was NO delivery tag to contact them, the dog did not bark and we even went so far as to put a note on the neighbors door in case they went to the wrong house. Which they did not because it's 45 steps door to door and we would have seen them. If the drivers and FEDEX continue with this sorry excuse for customer service then people will continue to give their business to other carriers. All I want is the service I paid for. read more

Was sent a text at 6:00am that my package was out for deliver and to be delivered by 8pm. They never showed. Then at 7:07pm that night it made it back to shipping center. This place is 15 min from me and they brought the package back before 8. I took the day off from work because it has to have a signature. I can not take tomorrow off. And they will not hold it at a FedEx location. They can send the item back. I will not purchasing anything from anyone who uses FedEx. By the way. This isn't the first time. read more

Horrible shipping service! Do yourself a favor and use UPS or USPS instead. May very well be the worst logistics company on the face of the earth. Firs, let me start by warning you that if you are considering shipping liquids via FedEx, don't! There is nearly a 100% chance that the package will be damaged in route prompting a return and reship by the shipper/seller. Ridiculous! This will be the second time in the last three months that I've had a package arrive late due to FedEx's mishandling of my package. Second, if you have a package shipped to you ground and it arrives to your local distribution site, guess what? It sites for days until I assume FedEx decides its time to deliver. This is not UPS's way of operating. I have had numerous packages arrive to my city in 2-3 days just to sit for 2-3 more days before being sent "out for delivery". Which translates into time for FedEx to damage your package. My impression? FedEx doesn't value isn't customers and most certainly doesn't value their products and merchandise. read more

Got home today to find my package on the porch. Crushed on the side. Opened the package and parts are missing. This is even worse because the parts are replacements for other parts missing from another shipment that the manufacturer replaced for free. Can't find a local number for fed-ex and customer service says they don't have a number they can give out. All I wanted was for the driver to look on the shelf to see it the small part was sitting there. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!! If you can't do any better than this or at least have true customer service, maybe you should't be in the shipping business. read more
