UPDATE: Almost 2 years later and we still use Printing One for our printing needs. It is very convenient. I stopped at the UPS Store to return an Amazon purchase. I took my dog in with me. Toby is my…read moreservice dog and has been for 10 years. I didn't have his vest on him because we were on our way to the vet's (he is sick) and the trip to UPS was a spur of the moment decision. I was asked if Toby was a service dog and I immediately said yes. I was then told I would have to buy a mailing package to return an Amazon purchase. While I was getting package the lady behind me ask to go ahead, I had no issue with that as I returned to the line, they were discussing the fact Toby was with me and the lady behind the counter said, "there is nothing I can do about it". I ask if they were talking about my dog. She rudely told me I was not talking to you. When it was my turn, I had dropped the mailing package on the floor and bent over to pick it and tossed it on the weight machine. She then informed me I could go to another place to mail my package (she indicated I was being rude). I told her I wanted to just return the package. I have been using this UPS store for years. I was stunned at the rudeness. Yes, I was at fault for not having Toby's service vest on (I was distraught by the fact Toby was sick). I am writing this review in the hope that she will re-evaluate her attention toward her customers. Nope, couldn't even do that. instead of taking it back in the store and calling me like they said they would, they refused the package & sent it to my old address. I don't even know how they got that address. it wasn't anywhere in our transaction! so now I have to drive to my old house tomorrow to get it. I will NOT be using UPS again

I follow the instructions to the letter, re-box when needed and print the QR code for them to scan because often times I am not the one returning the item physically. IT NEVER FAILS, every (and I mean every) time we go to this particular branch, it's the same story. The owner, clerk or package handler, or whatever her title may be is EXTREMELY RUDE and seemingly finds fault with everything. She once talked my husband (returning the package) into purchasing a box we didn't need. It's just outrageous the things people will pull to catch a buck, and this one is a class act (sarcasm.) I continue using this branch, despite the rudeness and BS I have to endure simply because it's closer, and firmly believe that is the only reason most people probably go to that branch, CONVENIENCE!
