I was told my shirts would be done by a certain date. After hearing nothing back from them at the…read moreexpected completion day I reached out to them and was told they will be done within a few days. The shirts were not done after a few days so I reached out again and was basically strung along with excuses as to why they haven't been finished. I decided to go into the store and pickup my shirts so I can take them somewhere else. I was met by a woman who scolded me for wanting to take my shirts somewhere else. She took me in the back to get away from the customers in the front and gave me her two cents in not a kind manner to say the least. After she was done we walked to the front and she dropped my box of shirts on the table in the front instead of kindly handing the box to me. I have never experienced this kind of customer service in my life. She made me feel as though I did something wrong when they had told me several completion dates only to string me along for months.
