IT NEVER FAILS, every (and I mean every) time we go to this particular branch, it's the same story. The owner, clerk or package handler, or whatever her title may be is EXTREMELY RUDE and seemingly finds fault with everything. She once talked my husband (returning the package) into purchasing a box we didn't need. It's just outrageous the things people will pull to catch a buck, and this one is a class act (sarcasm.)
