He first had my car for 5 weeks, which was 4 weeks longer than expected. He was full of excuses why it was taking so long. Kids sick, moving his shop, sudden new Orleans trip, his car broke down, not enough vinyl, etc. I went to finally pick my car up and it looked horrible. An amateur could have done better. He told me that he lost a worker and promised me that he would redo the wrap job. I didn't want to leave the car again but I thought I would give him the chance to make it right. He promised if I gave him another chance he would redo my car. YET Another 5 weeks later we decided to head to his shop because he said it was completed. IT WAS AWFUL! NOT ONLY WAS IT NOT COMPLETED, HE ONLY HAD IT HALF FINISHED! I WAS DISGUSTED! COMPLETELY WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! I told him just to take it off. We waited outside the shop for 4 hours. I was not about to leave him with my car again! Once the wrap was off, my car was ruined! He damaged the paint! He had cut marks all over my car! Paint job was ruined! He sliced into the paint AND then tried touching up my car with white paint! He destroyed my paint job! Do not use this company! You will regret it! So I decided to return to give them another chance after my old housekeeper moved away and I tried other cleaning services but never got the cleaning I was use to. It ended up just to have them keep changing cleaner again but I was giving them a chance even after all the horrible stories I heard from the cleaners about the company. One young lady came to my house in tears because how she was being treated so I sat and listened but still gave company a chance. Then I get an email yesterday asking if I can change from my normal day and I responded saying I would try to accommodate and I went and moved things around after I got home ready to let them know I could make it work to find I received an email saying they are discontinuing service to me because they can not give what I needed. I have been trying to accommodate this company for months and I even got 4 neighbors wanting to hire them then I received a very unprofessional email no explanation or anything. I had already planned on leaving in a month my old housekeeper is moving back to Pascagoula so I was atleast going to stay with them and give them a two weeks notice I was leaving but I don't get that in return. Horrible and needless to say I have shared my email communication with my neighbors and they have decided to just hire my old housekeeper. So disappointed that I gave this company another chance. The young ladies cleaned well had a few issues but always gave them a good tip it's not the young ladies fault about the office issues. Also I found out the office tax their tips so I tipped them directly because I was never told I couldn't. Update after I requested an explanation I was given an explanation why they just stopped my service. It was much better than the first email that I received. All of the cleaners who have cleaned my house know I'm preparing for a very large party in a few weeks and to be told that the cleaning service cannot handle my cleaning at the last minute after I've already been scheduled for a cleaning is just very unfortunate but I do revise my statement. I WAS LATER given an explanation by the owner. The first person that contacted me was very blunt and did not give me a reason at all, so I requested an explanation and was given one. I would've respected them more if the person that contacted me after I requested an explanation was the first one to contact me because at least she explained why even though I still find it last minute because my cleaning was to be less than a week from now, I can understand if you don't have the staff to accommodate my cleaning schedule anymore. I would have rather that email being completely open about the sudden change than the one I received at first. I hope the company can get things together because I was all for supporting woman, and as a woman I just think after everything I should have just been given a little more notice. Wishing the company nothing but the best.

I bought a new 2019 Bullitt Mustang in 2020 that had been sitting on the lot a whole year. It had…read moregone through the dealer's "scratch washing" bay so many times that the Highland Green metallic paint was dull from micro-scratches and swirls. I got an awesome deal on the car and figured I could get the scratches mostly out on my own. I was rescued by one of Cameron and Gavin's customers who sent me to Down South Detail - WOW that was like winning the lotto! These craftsmen did a paint correction detail plus a ceramic coating that made the metallic dark green paint GLOW in bright daylight or dark! Not even a hint of scratches or swirls left. They also did the black wheels which stay clean much longer, and stay shiny! Gavin even got carried away and got in the engine bay shining up metal, painted, and plastic parts that glow now too! Now I get stopped on the street by complete strangers asking me about the paint. I tell them it's "Down South" Highland Green! So of course I left them my 3 year old Black Harley Low Rider "S" with the dark gold wheels that always get grimy from dirt and brake dust. It has a lot of miles and swirl marks plus a dozen real scratches on the tank where my knees hugged it during "oh crap" moments in the Rocky Mts. Again these new family members of mine presented me with a Harley that looked brand new - with all scratches and swirls Gone! Again, Gavin went wild and polished aluminum and stainless steel parts, and even polished and coated my gauge lenses which bead up nicely in the rain. The gold wheels stay bright and clean sooo easily now, and are a breeze to clean! I have been to numerous detail shops around the country, but Cameron and Gavin perform at higher level than I ever though possible. THANKS!
