Made an appointment on line with the advice from samsung. what a mistake. upon walking into store 2 min b4 appt time; i was yelled at from behind a glass wall it would be a few min. few min later guy walks and says what do u want? i said i have an appointment and samsung gave me a reference number. he says that number is "shit to him" and what is your name. he takes my phone looks at it with a flash light then ask if i hae insurance which i dont then says it will be 600 and change for parts and he has to order them what do i want to do... never said anything about the phone the issue anything... guy was a complete ass hole. said no and took my phone he never said anything else. place is a joke read more

I came here today to get my screen repaired. The technician told me that I would have to leave the phone unlocked to do the repair. That was fine as long as he did the repair in my presence. He said that he could not because of "new Samsung standards." Listen, it's 2024. Nobody needs to "go to the back" to repair a screen. They used to come to your house and do the repair there. Any "machine" needed for a screen repair can be placed out front so that the public can view your repair. I have a strong feeling of what these guys do in the back with female phones...and maybe males too. Do better! Make the process more transparent. Fix the device behind a clear plastic or glass barrier so that the public can observe as you make a quality repair. I had to factory reset my device to hand to them to protect both me and my clients' private information. Now I've had to go through the tedious process of restoring the phone and apps including banking information. Again, I'm not cynical, I'm a realist. I would encourage everyone to back up your phone thoroughly, then hand them a factory reset phone, afterwards, restore your phone to its previous settings. That is best practices when you have both private and confidential information. read more

They are horrible, Caleb the manager does not know what he he doing. We took in our Daughters iPad for a simple screen repair, two weeks later we finally get it back and now it powers on and off by itself. We called them because it wasn't doing this before and they said it was our fault. $253 later it's worse now then when we took it in. Before you could use it but now you can't see nothing the messed it all up Caleb is a joke. Don't use this place. read more

Visited for pc problem and repair if necessary. Bell rings when door opens Person at desk chatting with young female and did not acknowledge me while by voices in back were laughing. Man at desk never acknowledged me while he continued chatting with young woman. After 15 Minutes I left. Customer service is lacking or they don't need business I won't choose this business again. I will never recommend this place to anyone! My phone went in there with ONLY a broken screen, EVERY OTHER feature worked on the phone. Now the damn thing tells ME what it's going to do. I had to go & fork out $200 for another phone, AFTER paying them $165 for NOTHING!!! read more

I went in because my phone was not charging. I had the battery replaced nine months previous and it was not charging again. I asked why it was not lasting long and the guy said it was probably being left in the sun and was getting too hot. The phone belongs to my bed ridden father so I doubt that was the problem and told him so. My battery was replaced and when I left it had 10% charge and I was told it was all fixed. It did not charge anymore over night and died. I went back the next day but they where closed do to lack of employees. The following day I went back home to Birmingham and figured I would deal with up there. Took it to the Apple store, they ran a diagnostic test on it and said the motherboard was going bad and of course a new battery was not going to fix the problem. Since this store was the one that "fixed" it I brought it back here to get a refund when I returned to town. I was told it had been a little over a month and I should have come back immediately (I did, they where closed due to lack of employees) and they where not going to refund my money on the part they sold me I did not need so I am out $75. I would definitely take your electronic device to Best Buy or an Apple store who will actually stand behind their work and charge about the same! read more
