I called and spoke to the owner or manager, who didn't want to take any kind of responsibility. He wanted to point the finger at me and proceed to tell me to look at a receipt. I looked on it printed after I had already paid for the repair and found it read, they might use other products than Apple... When I spoke to another store owner at another Walmart in Milwaukee, Wi he stated they are only allowed to use proper apple products and showed me the written contract even... This newly switched screen had a defect that was difficult to put my finger on (turned out to be ghost touch), so I tried it out for a week or two to pin it down. Then I brought it back to this shop. I won't say what he charged me because it was SHOCKINGLY low, but I will say other shops charge $80-200 for this service. I can easily see how a less scrupulous repair shop could have simply taken the phone in the back room and claimed to do more for this repair and consequently charge more- but he evaluated and repaired it in front of me in less than a minute. ONE MINUTE. I traveled an hour because he was the only shop open on Memorial Day; I will gladly return for future repairs despite the distance. Thanks man!!

Made an appointment on line with the advice from samsung. what a mistake. upon walking into store…read more2 min b4 appt time; i was yelled at from behind a glass wall it would be a few min. few min later guy walks and says what do u want? i said i have an appointment and samsung gave me a reference number. he says that number is "shit to him" and what is your name. he takes my phone looks at it with a flash light then ask if i hae insurance which i dont then says it will be 600 and change for parts and he has to order them what do i want to do... never said anything about the phone the issue anything... guy was a complete ass hole. said no and took my phone he never said anything else. place is a joke
