This newly switched screen had a defect that was difficult to put my finger on (turned out to be ghost touch), so I tried it out for a week or two to pin it down. Then I brought it back to this shop. I won't say what he charged me because it was SHOCKINGLY low, but I will say other shops charge $80-200 for this service. I can easily see how a less scrupulous repair shop could have simply taken the phone in the back room and claimed to do more for this repair and consequently charge more- but he evaluated and repaired it in front of me in less than a minute. ONE MINUTE. I traveled an hour because he was the only shop open on Memorial Day; I will gladly return for future repairs despite the distance. Thanks man!!
