The prices on some things can be a little high, but many things are reasonable as well. My main problem is that they don't have a bathroom for their customers! They have so many items geared towards kids interests but nowhere to take a 6yr old to the potty! I had a 6yr old that had to go, we headed toward the bathroom and there was a sign on the door that said "only for tournament." I even asked about it and they said no, we don't have one, the closest one is Publix! So, I have to leave the store and run the small child all the way down to publix and then come back to finish shopping! I was super surprised by this. Many children have to go and it's kind of a "right now" situation. I'm so glad we actually made it to Publix! Many of us spend hundreds of dollars there a month, you could at least offer a bathroom for the children we are spending so much money in your store for.

I can easily see how a less scrupulous repair shop could have simply taken the phone in the back room and claimed to do more for this repair and consequently charge more- but he evaluated and repaired it in front of me in less than a minute. ONE MINUTE. I traveled an hour because he was the only shop open on Memorial Day; I will gladly return for future repairs despite the distance. Thanks man!!
