We were 6th in line, so we asked if we could leave for ice cream and get a text to return when it was our turn. Ashley laughed and put my number in to receive a text, and we were off -- PERFECT! Upon return (with my cone in hand) Ashley talked us through plan options until Jermaine (our attendant) was ready. Jermaine was also excellent in explaining our options and ultimately syncing our accounts and guiding the hubs through the upgrade process. The Schillinger store was clutch and the service was excellent! Three cheers for Ashley & Jermaine for being our AT&T store heroes!

CELL MAX on Schillinger rd in Mobile,AL is the worst. I brought my phone to them to repair the…read morescreen. The "manager" Joe assured me that the screen was an "easy fix" but they would have to order the part and it would take two days to ship. Two days go by and I arrive at he store to pick up the phone and Joe says "unfortunately the replacement screen is defective". They even attempt to give me the phone with the screen hanging and not properly attached to the phone. I refuse it and they say they will order a new replacement screen. Two weeks go by and I have heard nothing so i call to check the status and Joe tells me "the screen is on back order out of stock" then tells me to call back the following week. Mind you I dropped the phone off on 2/3/2023. Another week goes by with NO UPDATE. Today I receive an update from Joe. "The phone is unfixable with a motherboard issue." The screen has been detached from the phone since he took the screen off on 02/03/2023. The phone was brand new not even 3 months old. When I started to question him, the customer service was horrible and even hostile. He started cussing at me and yelling over the phone. When I arrive at the store, he begins cussing again. He then contacts the "business owner" over the phone who is reportedly in Texas and also unapologetic over the customer service and language that his associate admits to him that he used at me. They refused to fix my phone in store or replace what they damaged. I want people to know that this company is wildly negligent and its owner is not in control. The "reviewers" online must be friends or associates because these reviews were not the nature of my experience. If you value your time, money, or devices DO NOT USE THEM!

As you can see their was no profanity or anything to have taken it down. I just don't want anyone to make the mistake that we did. We have been with this company for almost a decade. I tried explaining to them something was not right with our box. They only went by what their computers were saying. Machines make mistakes. They would not give us another box after asking several times. Please just beware.
