The drivers are lazy they do not read the addresses they drop my packages just anywhere I had a laptop I bought from a store over $1500.00 laptop they delivered it to someone else's house the people kept it did not return it to the store nor tried to deliver it to me FedEx did nothing about i had to call the store and let them know if this was the first time I could understand it but they do this all the time I have to go to the house that is vacant mind you and get my packages off the porch or out of the open garage. 2. When calling FedEx it's a nightmare you have to go through so much just to talk to a person then they just try and pacify you to get you off the phone never fix the issue! I will not use FedEx for anything if it says FedEx on the delivery I will not get what ever it is I'll skip it and change whatever it is FedEx does nothing to fix there mistakes!!!

In doing a survey of friends and neighbors, no one could think of a place to recommend. So, I jumped of good ole faithful, Yelp, my go to site for this new resident. I found Jaguar and decided to call. The clerk was very friendly and assured me that they could handle my items. I explained that the comforter is very heavy and wet would be very awkward to handle. She was very reassuring about their service so I took my items that afternoon. She was very helpful, explained when we could expect the items to be done then took my cell number for notification. I took them on Tuesday afternoon just prior to closing. She said I might expect them by Thursday but most likely Friday. On Thursday I received the text that I could pickup my cleaning, however, I couldn't make it until Friday. I have to say I was so surprised how wonderful they turned out! I definitely recommend this company and can't wait to let them clean my angora sweater set my husband gifted me!
