I went to load my big blankie in the large front loader and saw the price was $7. Ok that's a bit much and I should've looked further down and could've used the $5 ones but I digress. After putting my soap in, I start funneling quarters in and figure I should set it to use hot water....hot water is $1 more! Lol so it is $8 just to wash my blanket. Whatever too late now, so finish filling the quarters, press start and the thing shows a wash time of only 23 minutes! How does my comforter ever have a chance of washing out the dog hair, dog stink, human stench and whatever dna is splashed within its fibers in a measley 23 minutes?! After the pathetic wash cycle I move said blanket to the dryer to find it's another $2 to get this thing going for 30 minutes. I run to my car and find 2 more quarters under my seat to make it $2.50 for 40 minutes and select the hot setting. No biggie here because laundromat dryers get insanely hot so I should be good right? I leave to have lunch, return and the blanket is still wet and I'm out of quarters so I take it home and finish the drying of my still "smells like dog" blanket at home. Guess if I have future washing needs that are too big for my set at home I will have to drive to Spanish fort the next closest facility. Sounds like a good business opportunity to open a new Laundromat and give this place some much needed competition. FAIL!

First of all, I dropped off two pair of pants on Friday and wanted light starch on them. The ticket I was given said "dry cleaning." When I told the lady at the counter that I wanted the pants laundered and starched, she said don't worry it's on my ticket. I showed her the ticket which said "dry cleaning" and she told me "... don't worry about it." I asked her why my ticket said dry cleaning then she told me "... that's just the way it comes out of the printer." Next, the ticket said the pants would be ready the next day, Saturday, after 4 pm. So, I go back on Saturday and the place is CLOSED! Yes, the hours are posted on the window outside the door (I noticed that when I saw they were closed) but the ticket is what I normally go by, so I didn't see their pitiful piece of paper taped on the window. Why did they give me a ticket that said they'd be ready on a day when they are closed??? Makes absolutely no sense! So, I go back today (Monday) at lunch time to pick up the pants and was told they weren't there. I asked the lady why the ticket clearly says they would be ready on Saturday after 4 pm (yes, she told me then they were closed on Saturday)... believing that surely they would be ready by Monday mid-day. Nope, they won't be there until AFTER 4pm, even on Monday. So, I make another trip on Monday after 4 pm and finally pick up my laundry. Each visit I saw the same lady at the counter and she was somewhat "surly" in her attitude and not very friendly. This place is the pits. I don't know how they stay in business and I'll never go back.

I had my jackets sent for a stain cleaning, when I arrived I showed the employee all of the stains and she said she could have them taken out and left them their. when returning I checked the jackets to find not one but all of the jackets still loaded with stains. after showing the employee I then had them returned to be cleaned again and when I had to pick them up again I see that not one but all stains where still their. so like anybody I talked to the manager on the phone she proceeded to tell that all of the stains were removed and even referred to certain stains saying she had removed them when I and the employee could see them clear as day. when I demanded for a refund on the jackets because she could not do the job she said they can't guarantee work and I would still haft to pay. their is nothing dumber then hafting to pay for a job not done.

When my suits was returned to me the white suit was scorched on the inside lapel, it was torn or cut or something, not sure what happened to it. But when I returned it to them, I was told Clifford said it couldn't have happened there because it would have had an oil stain. I kept telling them this suit just came out of the box, and it was not torn scorched, or overly pressed. He refused to return any of my phone calls. His employers just kept telling me he said it was already damaged, I had just purchased the suits for ushering, and I really needed them . But the thing is I didn't even complain about the over pressed suits, I did not even make a big deal about the lapel being scorched, but I did mention it to them. But I told his employers to tell him I could not perform my duties on sun morning with a spot in the middle of my white skirt, We never had this problem when Quality cleaners was serving our clothes for over 40 years. I will not be using them again. I was told Clifford said he will reimburse me for cleaning the suit, As I stated it was not cleaned it was new, all it needed was for the wrinkles to be pressed out. I went by today to pick them up and gave a $20 bill expecting the total to be around 17.50 or so. The girl said $30.14. I said this is wrong. She checked and said some of the shirts had to be dry cleaned. The shirts were all to be same cotton shirts. No manager or owner there just a delivery driver which of course didn't care. I will never use that place again and will advise others to avoid it also. The girl should have looked and seen they were wrong but she didn't care.

I told her I'd like to and as I kept counting, she asked a younger man to help me & said aloud, "I don't know why he's still doing that - I already told him he didn't have to."
