I do not recommend this dry cleaner. I paid $57 for five shirts and two pants and I have to fix each piece they cleaned. The shirts were not ironed and look terrible. read more

Poor job cleaning clothes. Returned items improperly pressed, and when I returned two days later to pick up clothes, they were the same or worse. The manager made excuses, as if that is addressing the problem instead of doing something to see that clothes were correctly processed. (The manager only offered to state that she will talk to the girls to do a better job.) The cleaning bill on those shirts...4 @ 3.75 and 2 @ 6.75 = $28.50 + tax wasted. read more

Dry cleaning is a necessary evil that I put off for as long as possible. I hate the thought of leaving my best clothes with a stranger. Sprout makes that easier. They not only do a great job, but also do a double count of my clothes. It makes me feel better. Nothing comes back with that funky dry clean smell, just nice, clean, and pressed or steamed depending on what it is. I trust them with hand made silk scarves my husband bought me in France, designer Evening Gowns, and my basic every day run around clothes that just look much better when someone else cleans and presses them and it keeps them from shrinking. I had a few things I needed to have altered so I stopped in one day to drop them off. One was my dress I just bought for the derby party and the other was the skirt to my favorite business suit. I was quoted a price and told they require anything that's altered to also be cleaned there after its altered, so I decided to drop off my suit jacket for cleaning as well. I picked my stuff up today and paid about $60 for the dress to be hemmed, the skirt to be taken in, and all three pieces to be cleaned. I'm not sure if that is a reasonable price or not, but I expected it to be perfect when I picked it up. It wasn't. Not at all. They did fine cleaning the jacket. The skirt wasn't taken in evenly, and the side seams are a little more toward the back than the front. It's hardly noticeable and not that big of a deal. The dress, on the other hand - I'm going to have to take it somewhere else to have it fixed. I realize that it's a full skirt and may have been a little difficult to hem, but the left side is noticeably shorter than the rest of the dress. There's no way I could wear it in public. Fortunately, I didn't have it cut so short that it will be too short, so there's still a little room to even it up. I'm not happy with it at all. I might drop off clothes to be dry cleaned in the future, but there is no way I'll trust them with alterations again. read more

I have a wool winter coat that I needed to dry clean so tossed it in my car to drop off while doing errands yesterday. As my husband and I walked up to the door we saw a lady standing behind the counter shaking her head "no" and saying they were closed. The sign on the door showed that they close at 1 pm. Looked at my phone and the time was 1:02pm. All I needed to do was drop the coat off, that's it. This business has lost a customer because of poor customer service and would not recommend to others. read more

I found this place about a year ago. I don't need too many things dry cleaned, but every once in awhile, I do.... I love that this place is convenient. It even has a drive-thru if you don't feel like getting out of your car. The people there are very friendly and it's fast. So far I have been very happy with the service. I have used this place for a few years after trying others. Back when I worked in the city the cleaners came to my house and dropped off on a special hook. It was great! Now I need the cleaners much less often. Everyone has always been nice and my clothes look great. One caveat: They charge a fortune!! It is about double what I am used to paying. On the other hand I may spend $150 a year for the service and used to spend close to that in a month. There is no speedy service. If you go 1st thing in the morning it will be ready around 4 the same day. They close at noon Saturdays and all day Sunday. read more

I have never taken anything of mine to be dry cleaned, ever. With this in mind, my review is based off of my experience, which I am unable to compare against an experience at other Dry-Cleaners. Nonetheless, I can say that I am thoroughly satisfied. I have recently taken a job where slacks and dress shirts are required, and after it taking me 2 hours to iron just two shirts, I realized it was time to reach out for help! I was hesitant at first, as I find it hard trusting others with my expensive clothing. After getting my clothes back cleaned, perfectly pressed and damage free, I can say I will likely become a weekly regular. The staff was very welcoming and did a great job of answering my questions (I had plenty, not knowing anything about dry cleaning). I did deduct one star for one thing only, the cost of dry cleaning the pants. It seemed a bit high for the pants, but the shirt wasn't cheap! IT'S A LIE!!! I drove all the way from Mobile Regional airport after finding this listing on the internet to get a couple of uniform shirts cleaned in a hurry. The rude lady behind the counter told me it would be 5pm the next day and I explained I wanted the "60-minute service" per the namesake of the business. She told me they don't even do same-day service and gave me a sob story about how the owner's late husband liked the name. While I'm sorry for her loss, it's ridiculous that they lie to the public like this. Maybe they should change their name to "1800 Minute Cleaners" as that is more appropriate to the time that they quoted to provide dry cleaning service for two shirts. read more

In a time of chain and corporate retail and service providers I find this refreshing and will continue to give them my business.
