Not so, I was immediately reminded that this is a laundromat like no other. Clean from bottom to top is what people always remarked on but there is much more that sets this [place apart from its competitors. The staff here is nothong short af astonishing; with their ability to juggle all of the tasks which keep them so busy during their shifts youy would think grumpiness and irritation would be the mood of the place but far from it. The employees :Tina, Cindy, & Terry are all wonderful people who will go out of their way to help and they are never too busy to listen to a customers concern or even an interesting anecdote. Miss Cindy and Tina also have interesting anecdotes as well if you can slow them down enough to share them. And then of course there is Chris. The owner and heart of the laundry. I do not know of someone who is so well able to balance kindness and consistency with the rules..rarely , if ebver has a customer walked away from speaking with Chris with less than a satisfied smile on their face. He is the best boss i have ever had. Truly they deserve % stars but I am giving them 4 and only because Im not there anymore. Still there is not a finer cleaners in town or out,

In doing a survey of friends and neighbors, no one could think of a place to recommend. So, I jumped of good ole faithful, Yelp, my go to site for this new resident. I found Jaguar and decided to call. The clerk was very friendly and assured me that they could handle my items. I explained that the comforter is very heavy and wet would be very awkward to handle. She was very reassuring about their service so I took my items that afternoon. She was very helpful, explained when we could expect the items to be done then took my cell number for notification. I took them on Tuesday afternoon just prior to closing. She said I might expect them by Thursday but most likely Friday. On Thursday I received the text that I could pickup my cleaning, however, I couldn't make it until Friday. I have to say I was so surprised how wonderful they turned out! I definitely recommend this company and can't wait to let them clean my angora sweater set my husband gifted me!

That was a bit frustrating as the one I needed included the .50. So I opted for the one without the additional .50. That could definitely use some help. Other than that, the location is clean, and the owner was great to work with.

I fought for my $.50. They do it 24/7 so you can imagine how much extra money they are stealing really each day from customers! I do appreciate them letting me be charged with their CC machine because their machine to get coins was down but they should provide customer with $.25 cents worth coins not $1 to not steal from customers. I don't know... I may not understand business The place was clean and people were using machines. They also offer wash and fold and laundry by the pound.

We loaded our wash into a $6.00 (+ $0.25 extra for the extra wash cycle =$6.25 total) wash machine, along with our laundry soap. The machine wouldn't turn on/work & in the end turned out to be broken. The gal (Tiffany) working didn't want to stop watching her Soap Opera's to help us figure why the machine wasn't working. She kept saying it wasn't her problem! The gal had such a piss poor negative attitude! She was so upset she had to call her manager to see how to fix the issue - but kept saying there's been nothing wrong with machine, insisting that we broke the machine. After she got off the phone she tried putting quarters into the machine - then said it's broken & not her problem! We stated we needed the $6.25 back so we could still wash our laundry. She didn't want to refund our money. We demanded our money back & she only gave us $6.00 saying the other $0.25 was extra & not her problem - then walked away. We would have left but we had two other loads of laundry washing. Very poor customer service and a bad attitude isn't good for business! Do Not Recommend!!! Let me add... while writing this review, a load just finished washing and there was another customer who wanted to use a washer we were using - & the worker (Tiffany) asked if we could take the laundry out of the machine so the customer could use it. I said "Yes, I'm handicapped and my husband would get it." (as my husband was just outside). Well, Tiffany took it upon herself to remove our laundry from the washer herself & then said "Oh, I took care of it!" As my husband is standing & looking at her touch our laundry wondering what is going on. Sooo unprofessional!!
