In doing a survey of friends and neighbors, no one could think of a place to recommend. So, I jumped of good ole faithful, Yelp, my go to site for this new resident. I found Jaguar and decided to call. The clerk was very friendly and assured me that they could handle my items. I explained that the comforter is very heavy and wet would be very awkward to handle. She was very reassuring about their service so I took my items that afternoon. She was very helpful, explained when we could expect the items to be done then took my cell number for notification. I took them on Tuesday afternoon just prior to closing. She said I might expect them by Thursday but most likely Friday. On Thursday I received the text that I could pickup my cleaning, however, I couldn't make it until Friday. I have to say I was so surprised how wonderful they turned out! I definitely recommend this company and can't wait to let them clean my angora sweater set my husband gifted me!

I fought for my $.50. They do it 24/7 so you can imagine how much extra money they are stealing really each day from customers! I do appreciate them letting me be charged with their CC machine because their machine to get coins was down but they should provide customer with $.25 cents worth coins not $1 to not steal from customers. An old Sanyo crt TV from like 2004 hanging on the wall. There's a ton of homeless people circling the parking lot asking everyone for money repeatedly. One of them while I was in the laundromat pulled up his shirt and showed me a stab wound he had. Told me that he was robbed and it happened in that parking lot.
