Hmm... unethically taking $.50 cents from you if you don't have quarters. Had to argue with attendant so they could give me change. Don't play I don't understand because I'm an immigrant myself and that doesn't get you anywhere with me. They offer a machine that gives you their coins to pay for the machine but they are $1 each, they have the washing machines at $8.50 or $6.50 and they wanted me to just leave it as it was. I fought for my $.50. They do it 24/7 so you can imagine how much extra money they are stealing really each day from customers! I do appreciate them letting me be charged with their CC machine because their machine to get coins was down but they should provide customer with $.25 cents worth coins not $1 to not steal from customers. I don't know... I may not understand business The place was clean and people were using machines. They also offer wash and fold and laundry by the pound. read more

I experienced great service recovery. For the 2nd time, my large washable rug would not completely spin all the water out. I use the 2 large washers to do so. A12 did a great job, finally, after having to run it through a 2nd time. I did notice the issue with load options that had a $.50 selection offered. These machines only take $1 coins. That was a bit frustrating as the one I needed included the .50. So I opted for the one without the additional .50. That could definitely use some help. Other than that, the location is clean, and the owner was great to work with. read more

If was hot, fairly clean. But prices were unbelievably high. I left without drying several loads. Found more money so googled laundromats near me and found a golden gem. I don't want to share it. It gets all crowded. Lol. It is Jaguar Cleaners and Laundromat on Schillinger's Rd. I thought it was a Dry Cleaners only. But nope!! And I have gone in there and did one washer (the 3 load) on hot which at Cheetah cost me like almost $8 by itself. But at Jaguar ,I did one of those big ones and 3 regular washed and dried them all for $11. Yes $11. The women at the desk are nice. They have a working change machine. Machines are clean. Not the nicest laundromat I've been in, but I would come here again. We were staying in downtown Mobile and I needed to make a Walmart run and wash clothes. There were some closer to the full Walmart I went to (right off I-65), but this one looked the safest (It's next to a firearm store, doesn't have bars on the windows and has 16 security cameras). Late model machines with discount for using cooler water. The 20-30 pound machine is $5 for cold water. Household size machine is $3. A few "interesting" characters came in while I was there. If you are the bored type, there is a bar two doors down and a Jimmy John's. There is a television and some jigsaw puzzles along with the standard old magazines. There's a soap vending machine and padded chairs. Heads up, though: NO bathroom! read more

Needed quarters to finish paying for so.e washing machines and extra time on dryers. Was told they didn't have quarters even though some machines require them. So far I'm out 4.50. Great location and clean! Was able to wash and dry our belongings quickly and without any problems. Can get change for $1-$20, in cash, gold dollars, and/or quarters. We were there when staff came in to clean and they literally wiped everything down with cleaning solution including washers and dryers. The atmosphere of the attendant were the most pleasant I have ever witnessed eventhough the place was busy and overwhelming. The place was super clean and calm. Piss poor machines ,supposed to have an attendant on site, I've never seen one of the few times that I've been there this last time I spent $63 trying to do just two large loads of clothes due to the fact I found three faulty washers that have dirty water in the bottom try to move on to another when it stopped halfway through its cycle moved on to a third one and finally have my clothes washed . After that fun episode there it was on to the dryer debacle where after I went to use the dryer... three times it took for my clothes to get properly dry in the large full size dryer that supposed to accommodate three to four loads. I gave up after the third time went on to bring a load down to two other dryers, so $63 spent at the laundromat and nobody is willing to get me nowhere near any of my money back. this place sucks a big fat donkey dick read more

Large variety of sizes of washers and dryers, clean, and the attendants were very nice. A little more expensive than some other laundromats, but they have high end washers and dryers that are very efficient. They also have free wifi, vending machines, TVs, and an arcade game. We washed 4 comforters here. Would definitely come back. read more

I like this place. It was the closest laundry Matt near me so I grave it a try. It's not bad. I come here weekly. The machines all seem like new. Maybe no older than 3 years old. It's very bright during he night too. For a place that is 24 hours open they have it very bright in there during he night time. And love there security camera there. They have this big screen tv that shows all the very high definition cameras that are being recorded. Makes think think twice if they want to do something they aren't suppose to do. They have TVS there playing channels like CNN fox sports or news and local channels. When I went there first I think I either met the owners or employees. The came in did some cleaning and left. The place is very clean too. I wish they would update the tables and chairs. The seem like something you would find at a yard sale. They have vending for snacks drinks and laundry items. They're a little short on tables to fold clothes on. There's 4 of them. They also have these huge over sized washers. I mean these things are for big rugs and comforters. They look even more new than the other machines. These owners really went all out for their machines. Oh and the change maker does something Ive never seen before and useful. It gives change up to $20 dollar bills. It will give you back $5 bills and gold $1 coins of you need. The bathroom is ok. Not sure how to feel that the place is next to a gun shop/club with insanely blacked out windows. And then that place is next to a bar. read more
