I passed and was heading back to the hotel when I happened to drive past this place. Brightly lit, shining like a beacon on a darkly wooded stretch of Cottage Hill Rd, there was Jaguar Cleaners. I pulled in, and found a spacious coin op that has a lot more machines than the small front exterior might suggest. They offer dry cleaning, wash n fold, and have dozens of washers and dryers of all sizes. Not a lot of seating, and most of the seating is in the back staring at a brick wall (hanging out in my car reading on my Kindle worked for me). $6 and an hour later, I was on my way back to the hotel.

And here I am now, no return calls to any of the messages that were left and apparently the management at Jaguar Cleaners could care less about any customer issues or complaints with their services. My advice is to save your money on this company as they could care less about their customers.

There are three TV's to watch, a restroom. 24/7 video surveillance, located in a shopping center with plenty of parking and a Whataburger in case you need a snack. She kept saying it wasn't her problem! The gal had such a piss poor negative attitude! After she got off the phone she tried putting quarters into the machine - then said it's broken & not her problem! We stated we needed the $6.25 back so we could still wash our laundry. She didn't want to refund our money. We demanded our money back & she only gave us $6.00 saying the other $0.25 was extra & not her problem - then walked away.
