Coming here the first time I thought "hey nice laundromat, new machines, clean facility". But after coming the second time to wash an extremely large comforter, I find this laundromat is an overpriced monopoly. I went to load my big blankie in the large front loader and saw the price was $7. Ok that's a bit much and I should've looked further down and could've used the $5 ones but I digress. After putting my soap in, I start funneling quarters in and figure I should set it to use hot water....hot water is $1 more! Lol so it is $8 just to wash my blanket. Whatever too late now, so finish filling the quarters, press start and the thing shows a wash time of only 23 minutes! How does my comforter ever have a chance of washing out the dog hair, dog stink, human stench and whatever dna is splashed within its fibers in a measley 23 minutes?! After the pathetic wash cycle I move said blanket to the dryer to find it's another $2 to get this thing going for 30 minutes. I run to my car and find 2 more quarters under my seat to make it $2.50 for 40 minutes and select the hot setting. No biggie here because laundromat dryers get insanely hot so I should be good right? I leave to have lunch, return and the blanket is still wet and I'm out of quarters so I take it home and finish the drying of my still "smells like dog" blanket at home. Guess if I have future washing needs that are too big for my set at home I will have to drive to Spanish fort the next closest facility. Sounds like a good business opportunity to open a new Laundromat and give this place some much needed competition. FAIL! read more

This laundromat is excellent. I just moved in this area and I'm waiting to get my washer and dryer. The place is clean easy to get in and out of. The washer and dryers are really good. Today I met one of the owners and he was very helpful. I had an issue with the app and he resolved it in just a few minutes. Very nice and helpful and answered all my questions. One of the cleanest Laundromats. They have newer Huebsch side load machines which are basically Speed Queens but there's a trademark for Speed Queen already in Canada so they had to use a different name. Side load machines suck cause they don't typically use an enough water. Not these Huebsch. They get clothes clean. You can pay with quarters or an app, which is really nice to not carry around a million quarters. read more

As coon laundries go this is very good. It is always clean, machines look new and very well maintained. You can use an app to operate and monitor the washers and dryers you use. read more

Went to the brand new Jubilee laundromat brand new washers brand new dryers the wash machines did not spin your clothes dry at all they were soaking wet had to take my clothes somewhere else to have them dried did not have time or the money Need to have your brand new washing machines fixed very disappointing. read more

It's always clean...the floors & machines... It's well lit. They have a QR scan to pay online instead of worrying if you have enough coins. There's free WiFi & good music to listen to. The attendant is nice & very helpful. read more

My washer was out of commission and we had to use this service. Very clean and reliable.

I was at the jubilee coin laundry today. The business was very clean, all new machines, no problem. However when I went to use the dryer I was not aware that you had to wait after inserting each coin, for the machine to register the amount. As has happened at other coin laundry places, I mistakenly assumed that my coin was just lost. I did add coins but nothing ever happened. I admit that I was in error in not understanding this machine. I realized I needed help and then called the manager (571-439-1479 Phil broadus). This guy just kept repeating that I was in error and had jammed the machine and all he could tell me to do was to bang on the coin return until my coins were ejected. When I explained to him that I had tried multiple times to reject my coins he finally told me I should pay him to drive over to this place and fix the problem. I hung up. This guy has no customer service skills and is downright condescending to customers. He should not be in a management position. So much for "the customer is always right"!! read more
