We did go around 2 on a Saturday. I definitely recommend going early in the day. It gets packed out as time goes on. They sell soap and fabric softener. They also have a change machine so no need to worry about quarters. The washers are not cheap so be mindful. The average for a small one is between $4-$6 the bigger ones are $7-$10 but in a pinch it's well worth it. The laundry mat attendant was nice and kept busy cleaning the place. They have a drink and vending machine and a tv was on so it's not a bad place to clean your clothes at all. I'll return if I need to!

In doing a survey of friends and neighbors, no one could think of a place to recommend. So, I jumped of good ole faithful, Yelp, my go to site for this new resident. I found Jaguar and decided to call. The clerk was very friendly and assured me that they could handle my items. I explained that the comforter is very heavy and wet would be very awkward to handle. She was very reassuring about their service so I took my items that afternoon. She was very helpful, explained when we could expect the items to be done then took my cell number for notification. I took them on Tuesday afternoon just prior to closing. She said I might expect them by Thursday but most likely Friday. On Thursday I received the text that I could pickup my cleaning, however, I couldn't make it until Friday. I have to say I was so surprised how wonderful they turned out! I definitely recommend this company and can't wait to let them clean my angora sweater set my husband gifted me!

But after…read morecoming the second time to wash an extremely large comforter, I find this laundromat is an overpriced monopoly. I went to load my big blankie in the large front loader and saw the price was $7. Ok that's a bit much and I should've looked further down and could've used the $5 ones but I digress. After putting my soap in, I start funneling quarters in and figure I should set it to use hot water....hot water is $1 more! Lol so it is $8 just to wash my blanket. Whatever too late now, so finish filling the quarters, press start and the thing shows a wash time of only 23 minutes! How does my comforter ever have a chance of washing out the dog hair, dog stink, human stench and whatever dna is splashed within its fibers in a measley 23 minutes?! After the pathetic wash cycle I move said blanket to the dryer to find it's another $2 to get this thing going for 30 minutes. I run to my car and find 2 more quarters under my seat to make it $2.50 for 40 minutes and select the hot setting. No biggie here because laundromat dryers get insanely hot so I should be good right? I leave to have lunch, return and the blanket is still wet and I'm out of quarters so I take it home and finish the drying of my still "smells like dog" blanket at home. Guess if I have future washing needs that are too big for my set at home I will have to drive to Spanish fort the next closest facility. Sounds like a good business opportunity to open a new Laundromat and give this place some much needed competition. FAIL!

Clean from bottom to top is what people always remarked on but there is much more that sets this [place apart from its competitors. The employees :Tina, Cindy, & Terry are all wonderful people who will go out of their way to help and they are never too busy to listen to a customers concern or even an interesting anecdote. Miss Cindy and Tina also have interesting anecdotes as well if you can slow them down enough to share them. And then of course there is Chris. The owner and heart of the laundry. It is a very clean facility and well kept facility. All the dryers have worked well. I see lots of folks using the washers and they appear to also work well. They have a variety of sizes of washers and dryers to meet your needs as far as load size. They have change machine and ATM on site. I spoke with an owner today and he was friendly and helpful. I saw him be kind and helpful to others using his facility. I felt safe and comfortable here!
