James played around with it for a good while trying to get it printed more crisp or in a different size, and was unsuccessful, due to the program that was used to create the file. So luckily one of those print shops told me to go behind the taco bell near pops ferry rd. and that there was a print shop in the small strip mall. I am so glad I did, as soon as I walked in I was met by the store manager Kenny Zulli who had me in and out in 10 minutes. He had my picture blown up on quality color paper and the other exhibits professionally prepared for under $200.00. I left feeling good, but received a welcome surprise when and hour and a half later I got a call from Kenny letting me know they were ready for pick up. Because the 2 rugs order from Amazon was on 1 order, only 1 return label was issued. So the attendant was huffy. I understood the issue and suggested we take them together. "Well, that'll be a lot of trouble." Are you serious? Wow! Then he said, I'll have to charge you $10 to tape them together. I was shocked and quickly livid! I said no thank you. I'll tape them together myself. And said that is the worst customer service EVER! I have an ecommerce store and ship stuff all the time. USPS, UPS, etc. has never treated me or anyone like that. Definitely counting my lucky stars for Laredo because I had some printing to do and legitimately…read morethought I was SOL on it. On a whim I decided to call Laredo to see if by any chance they could get the job done. It was my fault for not accounting more time on the project but eh I digress. I inquired about them printing three large print outs mounted on foam board within 36 hours. I was floored they said no problem and told me to email them the pdf files. There was no sarcastic attitude or a "are you effin' kidding me" tone. Nope they were professional and very kind. Was provided a quote that was more than reasonable and I'm certain way cheaper than the larger boxes out there. When I went to go pick them up, it was super quick but know you need to ring the doorbell since they're sometimes in the back working on projects. It's like a paper heaven in there and you can tell they're busy like all the time. I can't thank them enough for getting this print job done and I'll for sure come back for future print needs.
