Horrible treatment by the female with long brown hair slightly heavy set. I came in to ship possibly two 16 x 16 boxes of old photo album, hand knitted quilts back home since my Father passed this past June. I didn't need the second 16 x 16 box. This threw the young lady completely off, she digressed and added she needed to verify a refund for an unused 16 x 16 box...omg this is over the rerun of a box??? I said keep the effin box. Seriously there will be much more significant things in LIFE to give a customer ADDITIONAL GRIEF OVER than a UNUSED BOX??!! Honestly this was totally unnecessary and totally threw me off. I stopped by to print just five pages and was absolutely shocked when I was charged $12 for it. Apparently, there's a $6 "service fee" just for sending them an email to print--on top of the per-page cost. How does that make any sense? Printing five pages should never cost this much, especially when all they had to do was hit "Print." No wonder the store was completely empty. With prices like these, I doubt they get much repeat business. If you're looking to print something, I'd recommend going anywhere else--this place is a ripoff. read more

Usually I Come to the UPS store to return Amazon products I bought since they have a really good set up and policy with them or for AT&T internet boxes im returning in the mail but this time I came to drop off a package to be mailed off. Pretty standard shop inside and the ladies were really nice. It can be a little pricey compared to USPS but That doesnt matter when you really need to get it mailed off in time. Customer Service was stunning especially after recieving a hand wrtitten thank you card in the mail thanking you for being a customer! Very easy and convienent and the parking lot is huge. Your in and out within minutes and you also get a tracking number as well to track your package. So next time your in a rush to get somthing mailed off and cant beat the standard USPS hours my best bet is head to the UPS store and im sure you will be taken care of! read more

I have never had a bad experience at this location. All the UPS employees are courteous, quick and extremely efficient. Once I brought multiple packages where I confused all the labels. The employee went to the back retrieve all the packages and helped me sort them out, even going so far as to help print the correct label. Several of the employees suggested the cheapest way to return items. The only rudeness or lack of professionalism came from the customers that demanded services that this location clearly does not provide. My only criticism is not with the employees but with the cost of printing labels. These costs are considerably highly. This is a great place, I go there all the time and will continue to do so. read more

I walked in to get electronic finger printing done. I had questions about the process and Ashley (front desk clerk) seemed bothered that I was asking. Upon figuring out what was required and moving forward with the process, Ashley literally saw someone walk in and interrupted me by shouting "May I help you?" to the new customer. She then walked away from me to help him leaving me dumbfounded by her disrespect. I walked out and refuse to use this store in the future. read more

Whoa! I knew putting off shipping my Mothers Day gift was gonna cost me, but I had no idea how much. I was guessing I'd be spending upwards of 40 dollars for 2 day shipping, but it cost 78 DOLLARS to ship a photograph and a card. No way. Had two geologic artifacts shipped from this store in April. These belonged to my deceased father and have intrinsic as well as emotional value. Due to poor packing, one arrived in a hundred pieces. I trusted them because they had sent another one last year, well packed. Through UPS corporate my shipping was refunded (small consolation) to the local office but they fail and refuse to refund the shipping to my card; at least it has not shown up as a credit yet. The will not discuss it with me on the phone. I had to escalate a complaint. I have spent at least three hours on the phone on this issue. DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS!!! read more

WHAT HAPPENED TO THIS STORE?!?!?!?! My company and I will gladly spend money elsewhere after 10 years of being patrons of this store. For some reason in the last 6 months or so this store has completely gone down hill. The staff is RUDE and they are no longer honest. I have been coming to this store for 10 years for my company and have shipped UPS Ground to Jackson, MS and it arrives in 1 business day and for an affordable price. All of a sudden this store says that Next Day Air is the only way I can send a package to Jackson, MS for it to arrive in 1 business day; however, when I got to UPS.com I see that this is FALSE information. I also have been treated like a burden and made to feel as though the staff members did not have time for me. And this includes the AWFUL pompous man that is now running the store! What happened to the sweet, older blonde lady that ran the store before? She had great customer service skills, and ran this store in tip-top shape!!!!! This is NOT how you treat customers when you're in the business of customer service. I will not be back, and neither will anyone else who works for me. Ladies and Gentlemen, it is VERY easy to go online and ship your UPS packages from there and have UPS come by and pick them up and you can just bypass this place! read more
