I am BLOWN away!! I have a 2019 iMac that started crashing seemingly out of nowhere and struggled to boot up. I took it to the Genius Bar TWICE and they offered me basically nothing -- except to suggest I needed an entirely new computer. I finally took it here and the technician diagnosed the problem in about 2 minutes and fixed it same day. My computer has never run better!!! I'm an Airman at Keesler Airforce Base and I hope by writing this review that I can save others from waisting their time and money at this establishment. I brought my iPhone X in for a cracked screen glass replacement. I must state that my phone was in PERFECT working condition. I had no usage issues regarding the screen even though the glass was cracked. Upon entering, there was no greeting or welcome. No, "Hi, how may I help you?" Just a guy far behind the counter working on some other repair. He slowly gets up and moseyed on over. I tell him why I'm there. He makes no eye contact. Just takes my phone and says, "30 min". Once my phone is finished, I'm happy and ready to pay until I try logging into my phone using Face ID. My phone says Face ID is not available and I have to use a passcode. I use my passcode and go to my settings and it says Face ID has been disabled and can not be set up on my phone. I'm a little upset at this point. I tell the guy and he says, "I don't know. I don't even touch the camera. Try to check your front and rear camera and reset and update your phone." I proceed to check my front and rear camera, both are working perfectly fine. I reset my phone. Still no go. I told him that before I came there my Face ID worked. Now it doesn't. His response was, "I don't know. I don't touch the camera!" Well, you did go into my phone Sir. And something must have been damaged upon installing the new screen. I then asked him to put on my old screen because I'm not going to pay for a new screen that causes me to have yet another problem. I also asked to speak to the owner. The guy messages him and he calls on the shops phone. I over hear the guy answer several questions regarding the repair. Then he hands me the phone. I speak with the owner and he tells me that they are not responsible for my Face ID not working...they don't touch the camera (I heard the "technician" just tell him that as if he didn't already know.)... it must not work because my screen was cracked (it worked fine before I walked in there and my camera still works despite the screen.)....basically the owner was saying , "Oh well, not our fault because we're perfect and we install everything perfectly every time and never make a mistake and even though I didn't see him install it I know he did it correctly." He assumed no responsibility and acted as if were 100% IMPOSSIBLE for the "technician" to have made an error. I told him I'd wish I'd never come in and he said that I can give the phone back and leave. So I did just that. I updated my phone then took my phone to another place and not only did they replace my screen but there were able to repair what kept my Face ID from working. They said that it was definitely caused by poor installation by the previous "technician". At the end of the day, mistakes happen, you have to always factor human error. However, learn to accept SOME probable responsibility and treat your customers better. Leaving there with a problem I didn't have Plus the problem I already had and blaming me left a bad taste in my mouth. I will be sure to tell everyone on base to STAY AWAY! ****Update At no point was I rude. Frustrated at the end upon leaving, yes. But I was never rude. At no point was I told of the missing parts or about the type of screen that I had previously. The fact of the matter is, the owner was not there. If you reviewed your cameras you would see that I sat patiently while I waited and even upon my discovery of my Face ID not working, I collectively waited as your "technician" looked up what the problem could be. I even took the lead and suggested that I put my original cracked screen back on. Up until that point, the guy was dumb founded and kept telling me it wasn't his fault. He had zero desire to troubleshoot my phone. So yes, I was rightfully upset as anyone would be. But I never lashed out or even raised my voice despite the lack of good service I received. Where are these so called glowing reviews you have? 2nd Update : Yes please send me the video. Hopefully this video shows just how rude I was too! You don't have 1000 of good reviews to show either. I wish you and your technician was this detailed when fixing and addressing my concerns regarding my phone. FURTHERMORE, the issue was not being greeted. I goggled the repair locations in our area. We already talked to Apple and were told we needed to bring the phone to New Orleans or mail it in for repair and be without the phone for about ten days. When I talked to Rogers Technology and described the problem they asked that we bring it by for them to look at it. I am happy to say we were in and out with a working phone within ten minutes. I own a custom built crappy computer that kept turning off by itself, was as loud as a small lawnmower, and was pretty much unreliable from the day I purchased it. It was built by Computer Shack in D'iberville. Don't go there. They SUCK! The computer was ridiculously loud from DAY 1. The lady that built it said she did it on purpose to keep it extra cool. Yah right. Incompetence. (You could literally hear the computer from another room) But I digress... I have taken that computer to Best Buy to get it repaired MANY times trying to identify why my uber-loud computer kept turning off. Despite many attempts to fix (and many expensive new parts added) the good guys at Best Buy couldn't identify what the underlining issue was. Then I went to ROGERS TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS! They initially couldn't identify it either. But... They didn't give up. They kept troubleshooting and testing... troubleshooting and testing.. They were professional and patient and would periodically call me with updates. Not once did I feel like they were trying to take advantage. And they succeeded where the others failed. I went in about a week ago to get my iPhone screen changed out after I had shattered it to the point I was getting cut. The technician greeted me as soon as I walked in, and asked what I needed help with. I explained my situation. He stopped the project he was on and took up my project. I had asked if I could look at the screen before he put it on, and he let me. It looked so close the the OEM Apple screens. I left and came back about 20 mins later. He was already done and and was making sure everything had worked. He offered me a screen protector for $10 and I took up the offer. He applied it for me. He did it fast and PERFECTLY!
