This company is great! They're quick and easy to work with…read more I'm currently attending school nearby at the airforce base and dropped my phone one day on a tile floor. The incident left my phone unusable in any way and I went into panic mode because most of my schooling is done online and updates are generated every hour from my instructors/leaders/peers and so I was stressing out a bit. Sadly they do not have access on base so their "drive to you" option did not work for me when trying to get an appointment online through their website. I had to get a friend to drive me down there. For those of you that want to use that service, it will be a $30 down payment and that WON'T be counted towards your actual bill to fix your electronic device, but pays for their convenience of travel to you. Anyways, when I arrived I explained what happened and the associate that helped me (Caleb) did not hesitate to take on the task. He was pretty confident in being able to fix the problem by today and that gave me a strong sense of relief. He gave me an estimated 3hrs of work to fix my phone and before you know it, he was actually done in half the time. I didn't wander off too far so I was able to come back to the shop in 5 mins. I was excited to be presented with my phone looking like it was brand new, right out of the box. I played around with the screen and buttons as he generated my bill and it worked just as I expected! I was so happy. My device is a Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus and I was told it would be pricey to fix but I didn't flinch at the price because a brand new phone would have cost a ton more than what they charged for just a new screen. I paid around $280 for the service. After that, I promised to be more careful with my phone and actually bought a glass screen protector to avoid this ever happening again. Regardless, I highly recommend this company and would go back to them with all my device problems. Thank you so much for being so awesome! -Candice

It was suggested that a new battery would solve the problem. I had good experiences with the techs and my laptop works great now. The girl handling check-in made things a bit confusing.

05/27/2026 I am really uspet with this place. I have a HTC One M7 Phone. The phone is 13 years old…read moreIt was my backup phone I never used. I was offered $600 for it because it is in mint condition, with original box it came in, original manual, original charger and case. It was out of the box once in 2013 just to activate it. The person I sold it to said if i replace the dead battery he would pay me $600 for the phone and brought me cash. I left the phone at this business for repair. Finally went to pick it up, paid the bill of $85.59 for the battery. Put it in the box and got home and noticed there was a tear on the right side. Called the store and they asked I bring it back. Mean while, I called the guy who bought it and he no longer wanted it, so I drove the same night over 100 miles round trip to give him back his cash. 05/28/2026 Took the phone back. They offered to repair it for free and refund the battery money, but after checking, the part they need will not be original and wil be after market, which kills the value of the phone 100 %. I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the local news station. I am a Disabled Veteran and will make sure the 2 military base web sites have this problems posted on their web site. I am also filing a complaint with Asurion Corporate Offices in Nashville TN. I will be posting everywhere not to use this company around here. owner didn't seem to care when I talked to him.

This store is like a used car lot, you…read morego in trying to get something repaired and all they are interested in is selling you something new. I went in to get my screen protector replaced and they had my wife and daughter all jacked up to get new phones and tablets. Believe me that is not easy to say no to. After all the talk about my bill only going up 10-15 dollars a month adding the 2 tablets and paying all the tax due. (while technically true, this is only the cost of the plan, adding 2 phone and 2 tablets, the real cost is over $50 per month for the next 3 years) I relented and said yes. I went home and researched what we had purchased and found out everything was 2-3 year old models, the tablets were very under powered (only 4gb ram and older processor). I talked with my wife and we decided to return everything. The next day we made sure everything we had was boxed up (one phone and one tablet had to be shipped to us, so we didn't have them yet) and went back to the store. The store was much busier on Monday than it was on Sunday. We were told we were the 4th in line to be helped. A half hour later the manager (who had helped us the day before) came by and commented I think I know what this is about and said he would help us personally. He then walked outside for 15 minutes for a phone call, came back in the store and disappeared into the back room. Then another sales person came and I requested help returning everything by the next available person. He disappeared into the back and the manager came out and again said he would help us and walked off. We sat there for 2 hours watching people come and go. Everyone who needed help fixing something was swerved into looking at new phones. If they chose not to buy a phone, they were told the store couldn't fix anything and were directed to the nearest YouBreakIFix location or told to search Google (YES SEARCH GOOGLE). Finally the manager starts helping with the returns and let's us know there is a $55 restocking fee per device ($220 for all 4 devices) would be taken out of the refund for the taxes we paid. Then proceeded to tell us we could take everything home and do the return over the phone to save the restocking fee. This store is great at redirecting issues to some place else. So, we wasted 3 hour of our lives on Sunday, 3 more hours on Monday, essentially wanting a screen protector replaced. Yes, I was a bit peeved at this point. I did do the return over the phone, printed 4 return labels, boxed each device independently and affixed the respective shipping label and dropped off at UPS. In the meantime, I still need my screen protector replaced, so I ordered a double pack from Amazon for $8. Wish I would have done that on Sunday, I probably spent $8 in gas going back and forth to the AT&T store and UPS. I'm still waiting for refunds (which take 15 business after the equipment is received. Oh, I did get my daughter a phone off Amazon the Google Pixel Fold, using my Prime Visa to pay over 12 month. This way I don't have to sign any new 3 year contracts and will be able to find a new carrier in 12 months when my phone is paid off and off contract. It used to be you would get a free phone if you signed a contract, now the only reason to sign a contract is to be able to pay for the phone over time. Just buy unlocked phones off Amazon and put your money in the bank to pay for the next phone and keep your freedom to switch carriers. If EVERYONE did that, the carriers would have to work a lot harder to keep their customers. I'm starting to think all of their good reviews are from family/friends, because our experience is the complete opposite! I wanted to add that I recently moved to the area. My old AT&T store was extremely helpful. They would swap out screen protectors in 5 minutes. I went to that store for 15 years. I opened my account in 1996, went through the Cingular years, and then back to AT&T. My account has not changed in 29 years.
