This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Before I explain why please note that I am a return customer and I returned because the experience was actually amazing so, this is truly disappointing. My wife was gifted a gaming laptop after being diagnosed with cancer then the screen cracked and was missing a the "Enter" button . I suggested we visit wireless wizard because of my previous visit. We brought that laptop in and paid on Feb 20th. The tech "Chase" I believe his name was, gave us the estimated time of 3 to 5 business days to fix the both the screen and replace the key board. We were told up front that the tech broke the bezel on the screen so he had to order a new one. 5 days passed with no word. My wife called first after the 5th day and we both called everyday until the work was complete getting "it'll be tomorrow" each time. I called finally and demanded an explanation. Long story short, they broke the bezel, got the part Saturday late, told us it would be ready the following day at 10 am and when we arrived it still wasn't ready nor was the person there with the laptop because he took it home to "work on it". They had us waiting for over 2 hours in the store and we STILL didn't get our product until 3/6/24. I honestly hate writing these types of reviews but the lack of care and the attitude we received just because we asked for an accurate update on our product was absurd. The only decent part of my experience came with the customer service Missy gave us as we sat there for 2 hours, waiting for Chase to finish our repair. Still, I wouldn't recommend this shop if it was the last one on earth. read more

Very recently, my cell phone would not charge well. I would plug it up when I went to bed and wake up to it being 70% charged. I went into wireless wizard and told them of the situation. They placed my phone on a wireless charger to see if the problem was the battery, through that, they found it was the charging port. They had the items there and changed the piece fairly quickly. My phone was returned once it was charged. I run my business through my phone, so that made me very grateful. The entire staff was kind and very professional. They explained all I needed to know. The new building they're located in shows that they have enough space and the tools to get what needs to be done, done. I have gone to this company when they were located in the mall, and now, while they are located in Diberville. They are knowledgeable of the items they are given. As I was there, I saw one person working on a phone screen, another working on a computer, and the other working on a Nintendo! It's crazy! I was very impressed. read more

DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE TOUCH YOUR PHONE!! I brought a phone in here to have a cracked iPhone screen replaced. This should have been a 20 minute job... After 1.5 hours with the phone, the guy Wireless Wizard guy informs me that he lost one of the screws, and begins trying to shove the wrong size screws in the iPhone housing... Not surprisingly, he stripped out the threads inside the phone; the phone, and was unable to put it back together properly. When he finished "fixing" the phone, he expected me to pay full price for the now broken phone. He told me " the threads were already stripped", " it stripped when I was taking the screw out", and finally " someone else obviously worked on it before and broke it". The vibrate function on the phone now makes a loud rattling sound, and I will need to drive 1.5 hours to bring it to the Apple store to have it properly fixed. I paid $110 for them to break it, and now I will have to pay an additional $150 to fix it. After waiting 2.5 hours for my phone, and being forced to pay in order to get my broken phone back, I was locked in the mall. The mall had been closed for 45 minutes at this point. Eventually, I found a janitor that was able to let me out of a back entrance in the mall. Wireless Wizard, please stick to selling phone cases and chargers, or quit hiring incompetent technicians. read more
