I was extremely happy with the service provided. Ed, a very pleasant young man, greeted me when i…read moreentered and helped me through several questions. He did not give generic or memorized standard answers. He provided proof that was easy to understand and factual. I would most definitely recommend seeing Ed if you have questions about your Tmobile questions.

Everything they told me was untrue. I asked for a 5g upgraded phone & data plan over my former one…read morewhich was 4g. They said they had a free 5g phone & blazing fast 5g data plan but unknown to me I instead got a 2&3g downgraded phone that couldn't get 5g but they kept saying I had it. I asked for monthly pay & no contract but got roped into 2 years because if I left before then, I would have to pay a huge way overpriced lump sum at once. Then, after I was unable to use the 2&3g phone at all in a year, because 2&3 g was being shut down, is when I found out from another Co. the phone I got from T-Mobile was obsolete 2&3g but still had to keep paying their overpriced plan for another year & buy another phone which I got unlocked from Best Buy a 5g pixel but still could only sometimes get 1 bar because of nearly dead zone at my address, but they kept saying I had their blazing fast internet at my address. When I proved to them the poor to nonexistent 5g, they kept saying they were making upgrades in my zone for nearly 2 years. So to have reliable service, I had to keep my old mobile co, while still paying their twice as high plan or have my credit ruined or pay for overpriced lump sum. I am writing this on my other plan to be sure I have a connection to finish. I still have a few more months before I can finally get out of this bait & switch scam Co. for good. Hope they don't continue charging me after I cancel like they have done to others. There is even more lies & stuff but they deserve a -5 instead of a 1 star.

Stay clear of this AT&T store if you are looking for help. This store is like a used car lot, you…read morego in trying to get something repaired and all they are interested in is selling you something new. I went in to get my screen protector replaced and they had my wife and daughter all jacked up to get new phones and tablets. Believe me that is not easy to say no to. After all the talk about my bill only going up 10-15 dollars a month adding the 2 tablets and paying all the tax due. (while technically true, this is only the cost of the plan, adding 2 phone and 2 tablets, the real cost is over $50 per month for the next 3 years) I relented and said yes. I went home and researched what we had purchased and found out everything was 2-3 year old models, the tablets were very under powered (only 4gb ram and older processor). I talked with my wife and we decided to return everything. The next day we made sure everything we had was boxed up (one phone and one tablet had to be shipped to us, so we didn't have them yet) and went back to the store. The store was much busier on Monday than it was on Sunday. We were told we were the 4th in line to be helped. A half hour later the manager (who had helped us the day before) came by and commented I think I know what this is about and said he would help us personally. He then walked outside for 15 minutes for a phone call, came back in the store and disappeared into the back room. Then another sales person came and I requested help returning everything by the next available person. He disappeared into the back and the manager came out and again said he would help us and walked off. We sat there for 2 hours watching people come and go. Everyone who needed help fixing something was swerved into looking at new phones. If they chose not to buy a phone, they were told the store couldn't fix anything and were directed to the nearest YouBreakIFix location or told to search Google (YES SEARCH GOOGLE). Finally the manager starts helping with the returns and let's us know there is a $55 restocking fee per device ($220 for all 4 devices) would be taken out of the refund for the taxes we paid. Then proceeded to tell us we could take everything home and do the return over the phone to save the restocking fee. This store is great at redirecting issues to some place else. So, we wasted 3 hour of our lives on Sunday, 3 more hours on Monday, essentially wanting a screen protector replaced. Yes, I was a bit peeved at this point. I did do the return over the phone, printed 4 return labels, boxed each device independently and affixed the respective shipping label and dropped off at UPS. In the meantime, I still need my screen protector replaced, so I ordered a double pack from Amazon for $8. Wish I would have done that on Sunday, I probably spent $8 in gas going back and forth to the AT&T store and UPS. I'm still waiting for refunds (which take 15 business after the equipment is received. Oh, I did get my daughter a phone off Amazon the Google Pixel Fold, using my Prime Visa to pay over 12 month. This way I don't have to sign any new 3 year contracts and will be able to find a new carrier in 12 months when my phone is paid off and off contract. It used to be you would get a free phone if you signed a contract, now the only reason to sign a contract is to be able to pay for the phone over time. Just buy unlocked phones off Amazon and put your money in the bank to pay for the next phone and keep your freedom to switch carriers. If EVERYONE did that, the carriers would have to work a lot harder to keep their customers. I'm starting to think all of their good reviews are from family/friends, because our experience is the complete opposite! I wanted to add that I recently moved to the area. My old AT&T store was extremely helpful. They would swap out screen protectors in 5 minutes. I went to that store for 15 years. I opened my account in 1996, went through the Cingular years, and then back to AT&T. My account has not changed in 29 years.
