Mr. Brooks was extremely kind, professional, and dependable. He personally picked up my iPad, repaired the charging port, and brought it back to me the next day. Everything is working perfectly, and the whole experience was easy and stress-free. The price was very reasonable, especially with pickup and delivery included. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and would definitely recommend The Broken Gadget to anyone needing a repai

We asked about leaving a deposit, but they had us sign a work ticket with a minimum price on it. Once they diagnosed the computer, they called with a final/total price and got approval before proceeding with the repair. We left the computer with them, and they called the next day with the diagnosis and the price. They had to replace the solid state drive. We told them Go and it was the next day when they called to tell us it was ready. The laptop was fixed within 48 hours. There is not a traditional storefront. It is a house they are working out of, but it is definitely a business. They aren't just working out of their garage or anything. Highly recommended. Hopefully we won't need them again, but I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Long story short, not only did my computer slow down to a snail's pace, my keyboard inadvertently quit working, and my wifi network quit working! My business was losing money by the second!!! I wasn't about to call some big company like Geek Squad to come fix my computer; with their overhead of numerous employees and brick & mortar buildings scattered nationwide, they were probably going to charge me an arm and a leg! I searched online using Google, and stumbled upon Justin's Computer Repair - a small business owner who had nothing but 5-Stars all the way down the Review section of his page. I gave him a call, and he was able to come to my location and take care of every issue that I had, except for the inoperable keyboard issue. (I had never once dropped this keyboard; this was an issue that even had Justin, with over 25yrs experience, scratching his head.) One of the things that he noticed was that I had two anti-virus programs installed in my computer. (Apparently, this is not allowed, as the two programs will cause abnormal behavior.) That explains why my computer was acting funny, and was SO SLOW!!! Justin is MY computer guy; I'm claiming him as my little computer genius! Lol I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Justin for all of your computer needs!
