Justin is a very professional and respectful young man, and definitely knows what he is doing.
My wife and I were having an issue where a scammer tried conning my wife and I out of thousands of dollars.
A gentleman who sounded like he was from India and impersonating a representative of the IRS called my wife one day and attempted to tell her that if we didn't send $3,000, he was going to call the police and have us arrested for supposedly not paying money that we owe (the IRS).
This guy even hacked into our computer and installed incriminating things in an attempt to blackmail us!!!
That is when we decided to call the police and file a report. The officer recommended that we have our bank account numbers changed.
When we tried to, our bank told us that they did not want to deal with the matter until a computer technician came to our house and deleted everything on both of our computers (so that no viruses or hackers would be inadvertently transferred into the computers at the bank).
We called Justin, and he came all the way to our house and began his work. He ran some kind of program on our computer that is supposedly built into Windows that allowed him to see the IP address of the hacker connected to our computer!
Immediately after taking a screenshot of every IP address that was connected to our computer, he disconnected us from the Internet (so that the hacker was unable to do anything on anything else.)
Then, using the antivirus software that I have installed on my computer, Justin ran a full virus scan to see if he could find any viruses, spyware, or malware. Thank God he didn't find any!
He then proceeded to format the hard drives and reinstall Windows 10 onto both of our computers.
When he was finished, our computers ran like they were brand new again!
Justin is the only IT professional on the entire Mississippi Gulf Coast that you should be calling. (Everyone else seems to either not want to answer the phone, or are charging arm and a leg for their services.) Justin is not only very affordable, but he went above and beyond his expectations to help my wife and I with this issue.
