He listened to what we were looking for and took some measurements, climbed around in the attic and told us he'd be in touch with us soon. A few days later he emailed a proposal of equipment and costs, sticker shock!!! We let him know we hadn't planned on spending so much on this system so he went back to the drawing board and got it more in the ballpark. The crew arrived on time and went to work. We had a strict timeline due to guests coming over that night and they met it! Everything turned out great. The guests enjoyed it too! The sound is awesome...I didn't know what I was missing until now. The guys finished up in the nick of time, literally we finished mopping as the first guest walked up. The crew was very professional, friendly and handled any obstacle with ease. We have been thoroughly satisfied with the whole process from the prompt reply to our initial request for a quote all the way to the guys working hard to meet our time limit. Totally happy!

I originally wanted two outdoor cameras and when the technicians came, I decided on three cameras, which was no problem as they had the additional one on hand. The install took less than an hour, then they stayed to make sure notifications were being pushed through to my phone and all the settings were just how I wanted them. Not at one time did anybody ever say this was a three-year contract and you will be responsible for the full term so after a year realizing I didn't use their service at all I decided well that's a bill I didn't need. Spoke to them on the phone several times they just told me they would sue me and send me to collections so I contacted an attorney. The attorney Informedme that the collection agency Was a bogus company and if they contact you again, report them to the Attorney General of the state So here we are six months later somehow they were able to Get it attached to my credit bureau. So now the fight begins I will keep you all informed of the progress and if there is anyone else experiencing the same situation and would like to start a class action suit against this company. Kevin installed the mount, a new electrical outlet (so no wires would show), installed the TV and cleaned up so it looks like nothing ever happened. Plus, he gave me a frequency card, seems odd for a TV mount but it's a good discount. Kevin was professional from the moment he arrived till the time he left. Definitely a good choice.
