They could improve everything! The people are rude and couldn't care less. You have to scan and return your own Amazon products UNLESS someone else comes in. Then they will get off their butts. Unless your stuff fits in the little trash can forget about them throwing anything away. I'm not sure what value they provide. Any other UPS Store I have been in is pleasant and helpful. I would rate ZERO if I could. Store hours said closing at 2:30 pm on Saturday 1-31-26. I arrived at 2:26. I was told by a woman who was not waiting on anyone at the time that they would only take packages that were prepaid. I asked at what time they closed to customers. She said 2:30 so 2:25 was the cut off. Since I had two packages (which were wrapped and ready with address labels) that I needed to pay for I would have to come back Monday because they close at 2:30 and she could not help me. Closing time should be posted as 2:25 online, on the door, etc and doors locked if you cannot mail a package after 2:25. In the time it took her to rudely turn me away, I could have paid and been gone before 2:30. Now my packages are delayed another 2 days. Horrible customer service D'Iberville! I walked in and everyone was on their phones. The employee that waited on me was extremely rude. There was no greeting and no smiles. One elderly gentleman came in and asked for directions because he was lost and not from the area. He asked for a well-known store in the Promenade and another employee said, "I guess you need to learn to Google it." My jaw literally hit the floor. How RUDE!! Needless to say, I gave him directions. Even the employee waiting on me said to me, " well, I understand how everything works and I guess you don't" when I expressed a bit of shock at the price (the price was not the store's fault, of course). I will drive and hand deliver a package before I EVER step foot in that store again! For reference, I usually use the Ocean Springs store and this location was just more convenient for me that day. FYI, the employee also guaranteed me that it would be delivered today and that USPS couldn't guarantee it nor could Fedex. Guess what? It is not out for delivery- I guess she doesn't "understand" as much as she thought she did. read more

I usually come to UPS to drop off Amazon Packages that I want to return since they provide service for that . If your looking to drop off a package from Amazon just make sure you bring your smart phone so they can scan your reciept or make sure you print out the reciept on paper to bring in. On this occasion I was given the oppurtunity to send the reciept to the UPS email to be printed out and they charged a small fee. The majority of the time all I do is show my phone and they scan it and im on my way out the door. Please make sure you read the Email from Amazon entirely to follow the right procedures before going in. Overall nice one quick stop to drop off packages and the staff does a really good job in satisfying the customer needs. read more

They were cage closed and entering the outside security pin @ 6:28. I pulled to the side of the sidewalk as I she enters the pin and asked if they were taking anyone else and was told "no we're closed". They may as well be closed @6 like all the other locations changed to bc they all close before their actual closing time. read more

Associates are extremely rude and will insist customers use kiosk for shipping packages without giving them a choice as to whether they want to use it or not. There were no other customers behind me when I went into the store and I was still escorted over to the kiosk to ship my packages while the associate returned back behind the counter. This is not the first time this has happened. Why pay associates when the customers are doing their job for them! read more

This store provides very little customer service and act like they're doing you a favor when they actually do their job. Don't expect service with a smile or a friendly greeting when you walk in! This morning there were 2 employees in the store who continued their personal conversation as I walked up to the counter. I was the only customer in the store. One of them walked over and I let her know that I had a few Amazon returns. She advised me that, per corporate, customers have to do their own returns at the kiosk. There is literally nobody else in the store and all they are doing is talking. They seem to pick and choose who they make process their own returns. I went to the UPS store in D'Iberville,MS earlier in the day around 1:45 & was treated very well. I was trying to return a package & was given clear instructions of what to do that would save me money. I spacifically asked her "do I bring in the return slip @ the package as it is" she said yes. I go back around 5:34 pm & was NOT greeted just told "come down here." I explained to her what I was told & very rudily was told a completely different story on what to do. I've felt w/this lady before & realized that her personality is just STRAIGHT UP OBNOXIOUS AND RUDE!!! I went in to have a package shipped but I needed extra tape. I grabbed one roll off the rack and had trouble peeling it up to use so I grabbed another roll. This roll of tape had the same issues but I was able to make it work for one strip. This roll had nothing but shreds of pieces. I barely got one good piece out of it. I told her what happened and she tried to charge me for it anyway. She grabbed the tape and got one good strip. I was able to do that just once. I went for my wallet and told her I couldn't believe she was going to charge me for defective product. She told me to just go. She was mean and belittling about the whole experience! I have used the D'Iberville UPS Store many times and always received excellent service. The store is always clean and in order. The staff tries to keep things moving. They notice if someone already has prepaid labeled packages and let you drop those off quickly while working with customers who need full service. read more

Horrible experience. Came in to get a shipping quote for two packages that was quote for $39.99 each on Friday afternoon. Came back to ship the same packages on Tuesday they quoted me for $39.99, but they're now $75 each ground 7-10 days, and the person who quoted me for $39.99 had the guts to look me in the eyes and ask me "who told you $39.99?". So I headed straight to FedEx shipping center and ship those two packages with the cost of $55.22 ( for both packages ) with 2 days. That tells me how this UPS store tries to screw people over. Please do yourself a favor and go to FedEx shipping center in Gulfport to save yourself lots of money. This is a friendly little UPS store. My guy has a mailbox here, and as long as things are shipped to his name, pick up at the store is free (because he has the mailbox). If you don't have a mailbox but want to have a secure delivery, you can mail your items here and pick up will cost you around $10 an item, which is a good deal if you can't wait at home to sign for an expensive/important item. This is a small town, and the people remember you. My guy gets a phone call when his packages arrive. I've picked up packages for him and the first few times they would call him to confirm or he would call them to give them a heads up that I'd be collecting the packages. Now they know me by sight! They are very quick to help customers. I've walked in with a handful of other people ahead of me and someone was quick to get my boxes and get me out of line while those ahead of me finished filling out packaging forms, taping boxes, etc. Very efficient and friendly! read more

My husband and I stopped by last night approximately 30 prior to them closing to make a bunch of copies that my husband needed early the next morning. As the originals were kind of funky in size, we definitely needed help. Alec was super helpful! I'm not sure exactly what time we ended up leaving but it was definitely after their closing time. Went to this location several times (within opening hours) asking for a basic Notary. The Notary has never been there, once, so I have gone to other area UPS Stores. Bottom line, if having Notary service is offered, they need to model the opening hours or be there a decent amount of time like other UPS Store locations do. read more
